I have a question about trophies, regarding Goober’s Atomic Lab. I should have trophies for all the levels completed, right?…Also is there any way you could get word to Arte that I want to purchase Dicekinz? I love that game so much.

That Goober! Actually, you’ll receive a trophy for completing each area in the game, not each level. Right now there are 6 areas to complete. Also, I will mention that to Arte. There are no plans to bring Dicekinz back but we’re very glad that you enjoyed it!
Hi Fiona! I was wondering, are the Webkinz Rockerz pets not being made any more? The last new Rockerz pet came out 2 years ago and no more new ones have been made since.

Yes, the Rockerz line of pets is no longer being made. Just like with Signatures, Rockerz plush are collectibles and limited numbers were made of each pet. This means that if you’re lucky enough to own a Rockerz pet, it’s something special!

Oh, no! Whenever you have a problem with your Deluxe gift box, first check to see if your membership expires during the month. If it does expire, you won’t receive a gift box until you renew. Also, the Deluxe gift box, along with any monthly eStore Points, may not arrive on the first day of the month, it may arrive on the 2nd or even the 3rd day. However, after 4 days, if everything should be working but isn’t, please have a parent or guardian call the eStore directly at 1-888-818-8770 (9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday EST).
