I’ve just been thinking–with the changes to the Mobile App and having it more like the website, do you think one day we’ll be able to use our Free Spin coupons on the mobile Wheel of WOW? Sometimes the prizes are really awesome, and I’d love to be able to use one of my coupons. -ImaPepper
And a wonderfully Happy Holidays to you, ImaPepper! That’s a great question, but I don’t think you’re going to like the answer. Those coupons probably won’t work on the Wheel of WOW on mobile because they’re two separate wheels. You’d need separate coupons! But that doesn’t mean there won’t eventually be coupons for the mobile Wheel of WOW. That’d be something, wouldn’t it?

So sorry to hear you’re having trouble, mnswp2. Please check to see if you’ve got your own username as a friend on KinzChat — if you do, that causes all kinds of trouble with the address book! Just remove yourself as a friend, and it should be right as rain.

I love delivering fan art! There are a few ways you might catch the eyes of our team. You could upload some pictures to our Fan Art gallery on the Share Center — that’s checked regularly. Sometimes they find art on Kinztagram or even Facebook.

I thought ‘retired’ things we might find at the Curio Shop. Do you know why we cannot find items for the Green Leaf, Soccer, Hockey themes etc? In fact I would love the chance to find ALL the ‘Days Gone By’ items there too. Can you find out why Arte can’t get them or if Arte is too swamped maybe a competitor could open another shop with these things. Love to Shop!!

Hi Fiona. I have a concern regarding Quizzy’s Corner. Quizzy’s ‘bubble’ is over the trivia question and trivia answers that I cannot see what the question is or to select my choice and time is ticking away. Is there anyway you could nicely tell Quizzy to talk less or maybe he could be moved over a bit. I hope he doesn’t mind. I love the trivia.

Fiona, when I was on the mobile app of webkinz it said that it couldn’t connect to webkinz right then so it logged me out like usual but when I logged in about twenty times it said every time that I logged in wrong! Even when I tryed logging in slowly on my password!
Was your Capitals on? That could be the problem. You might have your capitals or lowercases on your keypad on your device.
Dear Fiona, Since you deal with mail, perhaps you could tell me how I would go about changing the e-mail that is attached to my Webkinz accounts. The other site that has my e-mail is gone….and took my e-mail with it.

Dear Fiona, I’ve been having an issue for a while now with an adventure in adventure park. I need to dig something up to complete it but I’ve dug up all the spots and I didn’t find the last item. I can’t complete the adventure now. My Kinzpost mailbox also says that I have an unread message, but when I go to check it, it says that I’ve read them all already.
I have the same two problems. For the Adventure Park problem… On the log-in page scroll down to the bottom and find “Customer Support”. Click on the webkinz logo to access the webkinz FAQ’s. Go to page 4, question #31 (Are you stuck on a quest?) and tell them your problem. This happens to me a lot. They usually take care of it within a few days. The other problem I am just ignoring…This one just started around the holidays …boorepko
