Dear Fiona I would still like to know why it takes some of my pets so long to fill their hearts? And others fill -up fast?  - natalie13

 

 

 

Thanks for your question, natalie13! Some pets fill up faster than others because they are making requests, and every time they make a request and you do what they ask, you get a big boost! If your pets aren’t making requests, then you’ll get the usual number of family score points for taking care of them. Pets don’t generally make requests when they’re sleeping, so make sure they’re out of bed if you want to fill up those hearts faster!

 

 

 

 

Hi Fiona, Are there still super tokens for the Wish Factory? I remember getting them but haven’t had one in quite a while. Once I got one worth 10 tokens! That would help us get those higher cost items. Thanks. – lovelyhorses4

 

 

 

Super Tokens are exciting, aren’t they? You never know which one of your Wish Tokens will be one either — not until you deposit it into the Wish Factory!  You might even win the trophy… but to answer your question: Yes! Super Tokens are still around. Remember, there’s a chance to win Tokens every time you play the logout games, and keep your eyes on the Wheel of Wishes on the Today’s Activities page for more chances to win.

 

 

 

Hey Fiona will we ever be able to add friends on the app? We have the mailbox but not the phone or the thing that tells u if they said yes or no to be ur friend. 

 

And will there ever be a trading room on the app. I would really love to have the trading room on the app more than anything else. The trading room is one of my favorite parts of webkinz but now it is gone due to my computer being broken. I can only play on the app. I really miss it. And my friends said they miss seeing me there. :-( please make there be a trading room. And thanks for all that you do Ganz :) – greenmagic77

 

 

 

Hey, greenmagic77 — I combined your questions because they have the same answer! We are planning to add all kinds of things to the mobile app. In fact, one day both the app and the website will have all of the same features! We’re updating the app one section at a time, so it might be a little while, but one day you’ll be able to do everything on the app.

    What is the reason to place SOCCER CHALLENGE in daily activities if t’s not working for many years? Give kids something what really works. What is the story with all snacks? You do not any normal functional game for kids to play? I remember years ago kids run to play every hour, now they’re saying: Ah, it would be apple or almonds, and not even want to play anymore. Is it your new strategy and way to attract kids to game? Many games are not working; Magical Forest not working as it worked years ago for very long time; Level 3 for babysitting job is not working for years, many items purchased from estore not working, but you keep making new items, some of them not working also. What kind of business is it? Shame!

    GRANDMA:I received last week email with some window for secret code from estore challenge/quiz, but could not open it because this particular window did not have any link. I contacted to customer service who sent me this email, after back and forward email I still did not receive did link, one way or another, but link was not sent me in any way. So, what is the reason to ask for our emails, if we got nothing in respond, what you generously advertise? I was surprised after all emails I received from customer service did not receive link to this quiz! I thought it would be easier to send me link than sent this amount emails back and forward! What kind of customer service is it?

    Hi Fiona! I was wondering why the button to invite people to my house does not work. My friend’s doesn’t either! We thought we just had to both be deluxe, so we tried that, and it does not work. :( Why isn’t it working?? Can you please fix it?

    Hi Fiona, I was wondering how often the mobile zone in the W-Shop gets new arrivals? I really like some of the stuff there but I think you should add some new things. I also wouldn’t object to new arrivals in general for the entire W-Shop. Thanks!

    Hi Fiona, I was wondering if it would be possible to have 2 pets to choose from on a renewal, twice now the pet has changed from one I would love to one I would never pick just before my subscription ran out. I tried to renew early to get the pet I loved but all it told me was my subscription wasn’t up yet so I couldn’t renew.

    Hey Fiona! I was wondering if you could make more available for the free members. I feel kind of bad for them. They are missing out on a lot of webkinz fun. Do you think you could at least make the mail available, treehouse available, and the super wheel available. Sorry I do not mean to be pushy but I feel kind of bad for them. Thanks! :)
