I do have a question as to how they random choose pics of rooms in the room designs are is it done in the room designs I have sent in so many and none drawn to show just curious. I just stopped sending.. cmsrockz
Thanks for your question, cmsrockz! I checked in with Michael Webkinz, and the room designs that he features aren’t random at all — he picks them! But he wanted to let everyone know that he doesn’t go through the ShareCenter — you’ll have to send all of your room designs to letsbuild@ganz.com if you want a chance to be featured.
I would like to know why the Pet of the month is always a new pet. I have 14 accounts that i take care of with over 700 pets, been a member since 2009 and in the beginning some of the pets i have were the pet of the month, but for the past year they are always the new pets. Hi, hockeyamma! The Pet of the Month is generally going to be a pet that we still have available for sale — otherwise, there’s not much hope for new players to get one to play with, too! We just don’t have many of the very old pets left in stock, so they’re not likely to show up as the Pet of the Month any time soon.

That would be fun, wouldn’t it! I will be sure to pass that suggestion along — but unfortunately right now there’s no way to start your collection over.

Hi Fiona! I love Adventure Park, and collecting the cave potatoes, gems and other fun things from the mini quests. I particularly like going to see Boris & I love his striped cave walls. Does Webkinz offer wallpaper & flooring that look like Boris’ cave? It would be so great for making an Adventure Park mining room. If not, would you consider creating it? Thank you!
Am I the only one that the ” Today’s Activities ” is Not doing its thing. I have NO times ” Hours ” to do activities. It was there yesterday. HELP am I the only one ? ?
It looks like they have changed it so that the games are playable as soon as you log in. The reason there are no scheduled times is because they are accessible right now. So you can do them whenever you want and not have to miss another daily. I like it, but it will take a little getting used to. I think it addresses the Asian/Euro accounts not being able to play, very well!
I would come and play hourly…now I am just logging in once or twice and not playing the game as much as I did the old way. I do not care for the dock item list either. So many changes, I think this is my last year as member. I bought the yearly membership and will not be renewing. I have quit collecting pets now to:( They may be making things that some like but I am still a fan of how it was before all the “remodeling”. Happy playing to all….:)

Hi Fiona. Do you think webkinz could decorate the park for the holidays ? Fall flowers, fall trees ? That might draw people back to the parks. All the parks are so empty. It would be really nice if they could change the prizes from collecting the trash in the parks. Thanks for all your good answers here and for your help.

Hi Fiona, Is the Wish Factory going to change the amount of tokens for some of the wishes? 100 200 300 tokens? That’s a lot! I thought that was going to be fixed.

Hi Fiona, I have seen people asking if we will ever be able to move our rooms around. This would be nice but I would rather be able to either sell or delete rooms I don’t want such as all of my small and medium rooms or be able to turn these rooms into large rooms by paying an “upgrade fee”. Will this ever be possible? And along the same line. I use all of those medium and small rooms to store unwanted items that I can’t sell or trade to keep them out of my dock. Will there ever be a way to get rid of them? They are all things that have been awarded to me vs me having bought them but they are e-store items. I guess some are things that came in mystery boxes so I technically bought them but I didn’t chose them. It would be really great if there could be a “Garage sale ” day or weekend where all players who can send and trade would be allowed to send and trade e-store for e-store items or that Webkinz could have a “buy back day” where they could be sold to the W-shop for e-store points for that account. It could be like the W-shop items and give half of what the normal price is and that would still be great!
ferretfuzzbut – I had the same problem, with multiples of one item that I did not want. You can email customer service to have them removed, just to clear your dock, but you won’t get any Kinzcash/estore points for them. Hope this helps!
