I have a question about a rare item in the Curio Shop. I’ve been saving my KinzCash for a LONG time for the Colossal Movie Screen. I have enough to buy it now, but I have yet to find it (I’ve been looking for over two years). Is there any chance for a hint as to when this item “might” (will?) turn up? Or is its occurrence purely random? It’s the last item I need for my theater room, and it’s really hard to hang onto all that KinzCash–especially with all the new themes, and now the holidays. Help? – ImaPepper

 

 

Good question, ImaPepper! I’m afraid Arte is beholden to no one when it comes to what he’s got available in the Curio Shop. There isn’t a set schedule — it is indeed random. With any luck, you’ll have your chance soon. I’ve got my feathers crossed for you!
My sister has recently died and she was the only one who knew my brothers account password. I wanted to reactivate it for him before Christmas since he has a pet named after her. I tried the forgot password thing but I don’t know the email she used and I cant log into hers anyway. I know the username and one of the codes. Is there someone who can help me or is this a lost cause? – KKMStone1234

Yes, yes, yes!! I was going to ask if we would be getting new peek a newz furniture in the new year. It would be cool if it could be a yearly thing or something, although I don’t know how difficult that would be for the designers. And I don’t really play in the Adventure Park, but prize updates are always welcome! Great questions!  – Beckinz8

 

 

Thanks for your question, Beckinz8 — I have it on good authority that there will indeed be some new furniture items in the Peek-A-Newz prizes next year — but you’re going to have to wait until February!     I was just locked out of my GANZ STORE account saying they noticed I had not used it recently. There was NO PROBLEM SELLING ME MORE $$$$. I’d wanted to use some today. I have called them with no response yet.

    Hey, Fiona! I was wondering what “Nakamas” were (sorry if I spelled it wrong) because I found something about them and apparently they were moved to Amazing World? Please tell me more about them! Penguinlove1

      Nakama means ‘friend’ in Japanese. The whole idea behind the Nakamas focus around the making of virtual friendship bracelets to share with friends. It is similar in tasks and building skills as Amazing world and Webkinz World. You enter the codes online, similarly and you follow the path. It’s just a bit different because it started off more like a scrolling game with a Monkey character named Karmalee guiding you along. There are certain tasks you are required to complete in order to get elements to make these friendship bracelets, in their own gardens. Their Heart and soul is called the Friend Den which is a customizable clubhouse that houses a crafting station and message board. They have a Shopping market, similar to W Shop where you can find things you need for your clubhouse as well as fashionable items. Hope this answers your question.

    Has anyone had any luck getting the Whimsical Butterfly Window from the December Peek A Newz this month? I have done the Peek A Newz on my account every day but have yet to receive it. I am trying to complete my room and was hoping to get two of them but so far no luck. I wondered if there was some type of glitch and it was missing from the prize pool. Can someone please let me know if they have received it? Thanks!

    I’m curious about something. How do we stop the scrolling feature from snapping bac like an elastic band? It’s so time consuming scrolling through dock items or pets as it is, in mobile, so that when you are searching the scroll bar will suddenly snap back, wildly, after making a selection. It’s really frustrating, especially if you’re looking for a reindeer pop or something with a letter further down the alphabet.

    I’d like to send a shout-out to the amazing Webkinz community. You guys are awesome! Thanks to all who tried to help me with the Wacky Gnome code for the 17th. Sadly, it was a Sunday & none of your comments posted in time to help. Which is kind of sad for missing the Gnome (I was hoping for the full set), but being a part of such a wonderful group of people is really so much more meaningful to me.
