Thanks for your question, Hanagirl9! You will have to create an eStore account in order to apply the Deluxe Membership code to your account. But don’t worry — you don’t need a credit card number to create one. If you’re concerned, please have a parent or guardian create one on your behalf.

What a great question, Resonatingthunder! The original Tulip Trouble was before my time, so I had to track down the Creative Director. Turns out that it was only available for a couple of weeks when Webkinz World first launched in 2005! So unless you were one of the first players, you wouldn’t have seen it. It looked pretty much the same as Tulip Trouble 2, but was much simpler and only had one level. Just like Wishing Well 2, Tulip Trouble 2 is a replacement, rather than a sequel.
Hi, Fiona! I was wondering if you could pass on a suggestion to the Webkinz team? I finally made a room with the Nursery theme and I think it’s really cute, but I was disappointed to find out that there are no actual beds in the theme. I had thought the little bassinets were beds, but the pets can only sit in them. Do you think they could make some actual beds so our baby pets can sleep in the Nursery? They could be little cribs or cradles, or maybe just turn the bassinets into beds? – RockRfox

I have a question about Jumbleberry Blast. I’ve tried getting it to work on several different computers, with several different browsers. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies, and still, it gets hung up on the instruction screen and won’t load any farther. I’ve never been able to play it! I hope it’s never chosen as part of a Deluxe Monthly Challenge because I won’t be able to complete it! Is there something else I can try that I haven’t already to get it to work?
At one time the only way I could get jumbleberry blast to work was by using a tablet. Then suddenly it started working on my computer although I had changed nothing.

Hey Fiona!! I was wondering if it was possible for Webkinz to construct cool plain black beds (made accessible to everyone) that can be fitted with other crazier themes or furniture? I would be very awesome if you could tell them. Thanks:)
I actually have another question; is it possible to get rid of some of the furniture that is supposed to entice us to get the Deluxe Membership. I am able to integrate some of the furniture, but some are too extravagant or too different. I tried selling them or trading them, but it is impossible. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful; howver, they are just sitting there in my dock or my storage rooms. Please help me!
Hello Fiona! I have been a member of webkinz (not Deluxe until last Nov) since 2009 and I’ve seen webkinz change and grow through-out the time. One of the major complaints I have is the size of the viewing screen on http://www.webkinz.com. Due to the size of this screen many games, wheels and aspects of webkinz world is severely limited too me, due to the buttons being cut off or too close to the bottom of the screen where it doesn’t register the actual button. Is this just me or has others had this problem. I’ve zoomed my screen out but its not the size of my window or the zoom. Another thing I have noticed is the pet tool bar w/travel feature. Often while in the arcade, if I lower the inventory and map bar (which I have to do to play the games or to browse the games) it will freeze me in the since that I am no long allowed to travel, exit the arcade, feed/change my pet. Which requires me to close the whole window down and re-login. I love playing the games, and I love collecting the pets and the collectors cards. I just wish the technical/systematic errors didn’t happen. PS: If it helps I use Google Crome, I don’t like Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer: they don’t like Windows 10 on my computer, if that is the problem behind it I don’t know what I will do.
Hi, Fiona! Happy New Year–hope your holidays were wonderful! I see that Ganz is discontinuing Amazing World and the mobile app for Amazing World. I’m very sad to see it go; I was finally able to play in mazes again. What is the reason for the shutdown? I thought it was pretty popular.
Hey Fiona! I’m a big fan of the Farm Fresh seeds and love growing things. When the apple trees were added a couple years ago I was over the moon! I was wondering, are there any plans to add more tree seeds? I would love to add orange and peach trees to my orchard.
Oh it would be so cool to have a variety of fruit trees.

Oh My I am about ready to throw in the towel and stop Webkinz. I am tired of having every thing freeze up :( I have to go out and come back in about every 10 or 15 min. It works real good then all of a sudden it totally freezes up and I can NOT do any thing. On what I do it took about 20 min each to get my Animals daily things done. NOW it takes a Hour and 35 min or longer on each animal. Can you help me ? ? PLEASE :) :) THANK YOU :) :) :) :) This has happen before in the last years and then stops but guess it is not going to stop this time. THANKS FOR LISTING.
Hi, Neette–sometimes that happens to me, too. I usually get it working better by clearing my browser history. If you are using Safari, you probably have to go into your settings and manually enable Flash Player–that’s become an issue over the past year or so. Hope you can get it working!
Hello Fiona! I have a questions about the “Don’t Rock the Boat” game on Tropical Island: Does the game still award treasure map pieces? I’ve been playing for a while, now, and it seems like all I ever get is the scary ghost, chocolate or KinzCash. I’d like to know if I should keep hope alive or give up on this game. Thanks for all your answers!
They are often very far between. The last one I found was probably a month or two ago. I have gone as long as 8 months!!! between finding them, and that is while playing almost every day, whereas sometimes I’ve seen the ghost every day for a week straight. It would be really nice if someone could adjust those odds a little bit.
Agreed! I played for a couple of years, and one day received a treasure map piece, and thought, “Wow! This is something new!” Apparently not. LOL I completed that map pretty quickly, and thought “Well that was nice!” And then a few months ago, I received one piece again, and I thought, “OOOooo…I get to do it again!?!” But I’ve been stuck at one piece for a while now. And that ghost really bums my pets out! Hang in there Powerann! The smoothies that you can make with Dr. Quack’s miracle tonic and farm fresh food are a perfect remedy for ghost grumpies! Good luck!
