Thanks for your question, Hanagirl9! You will have to create an eStore account in order to apply the Deluxe Membership code to your account. But don’t worry — you don’t need a credit card number to create one. If you’re concerned, please have a parent or guardian create one on your behalf.

What a great question, Resonatingthunder! The original Tulip Trouble was before my time, so I had to track down the Creative Director. Turns out that it was only available for a couple of weeks when Webkinz World first launched in 2005! So unless you were one of the first players, you wouldn’t have seen it. It looked pretty much the same as Tulip Trouble 2, but was much simpler and only had one level. Just like Wishing Well 2, Tulip Trouble 2 is a replacement, rather than a sequel.
Hi, Fiona! I was wondering if you could pass on a suggestion to the Webkinz team? I finally made a room with the Nursery theme and I think it’s really cute, but I was disappointed to find out that there are no actual beds in the theme. I had thought the little bassinets were beds, but the pets can only sit in them. Do you think they could make some actual beds so our baby pets can sleep in the Nursery? They could be little cribs or cradles, or maybe just turn the bassinets into beds? – RockRfox

Fiona, I know that Webkinz uses flash and I just found out that Adobe is discontinuing it by 2020. What are the plans for webkinz? Is there another way to run the site. I just really hope that webkinz does not close the online site and become app only like Club Penguin. I don’t really like the webkinz app because you can’t do that much with it.

Hi Fiona and Happy New Year! I was wondering if there are any plans to update the prizes in the Prize Klaw? I don’t think there has ever been a change to the prizes. Along with new prizes, I thought it would be fun to be able to win a trophy, or 2 or 3 depending on the colour of the capsule caught! The trophy would like the klaw with the caught capsule… but turn it upside-right so the capsule is at the top! Thanks, Fiona!

FIONA, I agree with everyone about the food meter. If I ate that much I would weigh 500 lbs ! You need to re-adjust your thinking on the food matter. We just want to play with our pets & have fun. I’m not interested in playing “Hunger Games” !
HEY ! I just discovered when you play a game too long & your meter goes down all the way, bathing your pet no longer makes them healthier & happier !
Hey Fiona! I’ve got two things. 1. Are you still doing the super beds? I have 12 pets and never got one! 2. Can you please fix the problem with the hunger bars? All my pets are at 0 hunger, but that’s because they lose hunger so fast! Even when they are asleep! I don’t wake my pets because I will go one place and their hunger goes down so quickly. I can’t afford to keep spending money on food!
I have a comment and a question about our pets health meter (food meter). I’d like to say that I do not like the fact that we are constantly having to “feed” our pets so much food, just to keep the health meter up. Sometimes I don’t have lots of time to sit at the computer and play on my 4 accounts. I just need to pop-in and do a few of the daily activities and pop-out. If I don’t “wake-up” my pet, their health (food) meter will fall from completely full to empty! Why? That is just crazy! If I take the time to “wake-up” my pet, their health (food) meter will fall to half way. I have to take the time to “feed” them before putting them back to bed. Also, my question is actually two questions: 1. When I feed my pet their special food, it counts only as +2! Why? Their special foods should always make the health (food) bar go to full! Question 2. Why do we have to have this issue with constantly “feeding” our pets? In the “real world”, children do not eat after every single activity they have! If our “imaginary pets” have to eat all the time, don’t you think that’s just a little over the top? The fresh garden food takes soooo long to grow! Speed up the growing, or slow down the “having to eat”! I’m really tired of spending so much time having to watch that “health and happiness” bar! I just want to play with my pets and play games! Please fix this! Thank you!
I have a question about Zums I only need one more and can’t seem to catch him I’ve been playing it forever and I really don’t know how to catch the one your really need?
You are not alone. It took me years to find all the Zums on my main account. The last Zum to find was one of the tricky ones – can’t remember the name but it was the top row left on the page. My other account is almost three years old and I’ve been trying to find the last three zums for over two years. That’s too long – the Magical Forest, in my opinion, is a neglected section of WW – no updated prizes ever except the Galaxy suit in the star challenge.
It’s been years and I’m still missing Tricky-Zali but also Zippy-Zoom.

I play against the hosts, Arte, Daisy Doe, etc.. and use the canons and items on the right of screen. I am terrible at it, the only way I win is playing against the hosts.
You and me both!! I am certain the hosts ‘pity’ me because I always win against them. But then again, they have not got access to the BIG cannon like we do. They can only shoot one cannon ball at a time. That’s where we have an advantage.
<3 Favorite Auntie <3 I will give you a hint. Definitely play against HD hosts, cluster your big ones near the center. Put two smallest at the outer most edges. Watch your guns! Try and reserve the bigger shots, especially if you already know where you have exposed a ship already. Shoot the bigger guns AWAY from that ship you’ve already uncovered. You have a better chance of snagging another one. Use your Parrot!! Expose a ship (since you know where it is, leave it to last, it’s not going anywhere) find the others. If you wings up having the last one being a two square boat, [X][ ][X] like that. Eventually you’ll find it.
