I sure do, L1nstead! Head to the W Shop, then click on the Fun Stuff. Click on the right arrow to go to Rides & Cars. You’ll find the Skateboard in there. Happy shopping!
Hi Fiona! I have a question I would really like to have answered; I bet others do too cause this is regarding me and some good friends of mine. I love webkinz and never have done or said anything bad in the Kinz Chat Plus. Nor have 5 of my friends. They are the sweetest people I know. But, Webkinz permanently banned me and my friends. These bans have all happened very recent within days of each other. Is this a technical glitch in the system? Will these not-at-all-deserved bans be lifted? I hope this gets answered. When it comes to KinzChat Plus issues, you’ll have to direct your questions and concerns to webkinzsupport@ganz.com — they’re the ones that can check the logs to see if there was perhaps a mistake, or can let you know what it was that got you and your friends banned in the first place. The KinzChat Plus rules are pretty strict, but it’s meant to keep you safe. Good luck!

I have a problem with the chocolate collection…I got all six chocolates on both of my accounts, yet I didn’t get the bookshelf on either of them, and the collection icon thing never showed up. :/ Hopefully I can get my bookshelf before the event is over!

Well, I finished it on one of my accounts… and it looks like the problem isn’t just with you! I didn’t receive the bookshelf, either :/ I dunno what’s up with all of the problems on the website lately… first the parks had trouble loading, then the red letter thing, and now we can’t claim our bookshelf prize?

You can actually still find it occasionally on the ‘ads’ that you find in Today’s Activities, I’ve been able to play it a couple of times after it was retired through that method. I don’t know if they’ve taken that out, but it’s worth a shot!
I sent something that I really wanted answered. Does anybody else wonder why people like Big Stompy, Princess, Midnight, and Hersey always win in the Tournament Arena?
I’m pretty sure they are bots, created to fill empty spaces and allow the results to be random.

Also, I was really looking forward to the release of the Chow Chow Puppy because it looks like it was based off of a late chow chow puppy on social media that I loved so dearly. I knew I had to buy it when it was released, but it was released as the Deluxe Membership pet! I am already a Deluxe Member ad there is only one time in the year that I am able to afford a Deluxe Membership (unfortunately, it is during the fall, when the Chow Chow Puppy will no longer be available), and the Deluxe pets are never available for additional purchase; te only way to buy them is if you buy a 1 year Deluxe Membership within the specific time frame. This is very inconvenient for me, and I had my hopes up so badly that it would possibly be released for available purchase, but I’m sure that will not happen. Is there a way I can get it (I know there’s not, but there is a little hope) besides getting a 1 year Deluxe Membership?
I feel your pain, EmilyCuteHeart. Well, my problem is I don’t like that pet at all, and I have a deluxe to renew on Webkinz Day. And it looks like if I could hold out just a little, I could have a shot at a different pet. Except I can’t hold out, because I can’t renew at all unless there is some sort of sale. (And there usually is one for Webkinz Day, although not always as good a sale as my extremely limited income needs it to be.) And what is extra saddening and irritating is I already had to hold off — cooould have renewed for a code in advance during the Black Friday sale — but I didn’t really like that pet either, so I renewed for the account about to expire and decided to risk it, only to have this happen again!!! What I’d like, team, is for there to perhaps be a ‘back-up pet’ option…maybe a selection of past deluxe pets also available if someone doesn’t like the current pet. I’ve missed so many I did want badly, and the very very few that have been re-offered interim have been offered for huge points package deals I could not work things out for to make it happen.
That’s too bad that W5kinz and her friends got banned.. I know the pain of a temporary ban, but not permanent! I hope you can get that fixed. But I am excited for the new arcade game! Let’s just hope it’s not Deluxe. =P
Ah I know, right? Temporary bans are bad enough (especially when you don’t remember saying anything that was against the rules), but a permanent ban? I hope W5kinz can get it worked out!
I was banned once for saying “gtg” when I had to leave, someone took offense that I was being “rude”, filed a complaint & got me banned. This happened years ago but it still makes me angry to remember it. This is why I don’t talk to anyone in the park any more.
Same here. I keep out because some Kinz think it belongs to them.

Oh, thanks for answering the question about KC Plus, Fiona! A couple of weeks ago me and my friends were going through something similar, only instead our bans were temporary. Still, we weren’t talking about anything against the rules, and we would randomly get banned for a few minutes. And I’m excited for the new games coming up! I do hope they’re not all for Deluxe members. If one of them is for Deluxe then that might be okay, but I’d like it more if at least one was for all members. =)
I wonder if someone is accidentally hitting the button? I won’t go into the rooms that let you speak freely, I’ve also been banned. I tried putting the word Floral in and even though it seems like an innocent word, it contains a root word that isn’t allowed. Fiona is very correct in saying that Ganz’ lexicon is quite stringent.
And yet, Ganz called last year’s Peek a Newz theme Simple Floral.
Yes, they did, but try putting the name on your room and it refuses it. Look at the word before you type it in. I know it’s hard to see beyond the word, but even the word ‘restful’ has an exclusion element in it. It’s difficult to create an acceptable dictionary without compromising some very ordinary words.
Oh yeah… I remember that! Goodness, that was annoying XP I understand why they have the “banning” thing in place, but, it usually seems like the people who should get banned don’t, and the ones who shouldn’t get banned do. Like, a few years ago, there were these two bullies in the park who kept taunting me and a few other friends of ours, and yet nothing happened to them (although, they eventually stopped going to the park, which I’m very thankful about), but all I have to say in a park chat is something like “good old schoolwork”, and I get banned for ten minutes XP I guess it’s a good thing I have a second account, so I can always switch to it whenever I get banned. Oh well… and yeah, I’m excited for the new game coming up, too! I really hope it’s for all members, as well
