I do not fully understand the medallion exchanging. Example if I have 10 Cheeky Monkey medallions to trade do I only get 1 any pet medallion? – itmustbenice

 

 

You got it, itmustbenice! There’s a 10 to 1 exchange rate for specific Pet Medallions (like the Cheeky Monkey) to become Any Pet Medallions.

 

 

Dear Fiona, How do I take a picture of my pets in their cute outfits with the “Dress Your Pet” window open, which blocks your access to the camera, so you can send it to Webkinz Trends through your email? I can’t seem to figure it out! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

 

 

 

Hi, LadyBeauty! You’ll need to take a screenshot the old-fashioned way to take a picture of your pet in the Dress Your Pet interface or the My Pets page. How you do that depends on what kind of computer you’re running. If you have an Apple computer, you can hold down Command-Shift-3 to take a picture of your screen. If you’re using a Windows computer, look for a button on your keyboard that says Print Screen or PRNT SCRN or something like that. Press that to copy the image on the screen, then find the Paint application and click Control-V to paste the image. You can then save it as a JPG. Hope that helps!

 

 

 

Dear Fiona, My question is about a Lil Kinz unicorn that I have from when I started playing Webkinz back when it first came out. I still have the unicorn and it’s code stored away with other toys at my home, but since that pet is retired from this website, does that mean that if I try to put the Lil Kinz Unicorn’s code in it won’t be accepted on my account? Not to worry, DogsCats101! Retired just means that the pet is not being manufactured any more — it has no impact on whether the codes work or not. You should be able to adopt your pet without worry — but if you do run into some issues, make sure you send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

    Hi Fiona, I purchased all 3 of the Lil Goblins,( which are really adorable), but for some reason when I click on the extra game for the green goblin a screen pops up to tell me that I’m not eligible to play. I can play the extra games for the orange and purple ones but the green one is not being recognized as me owning it. Any suggestions on how I can rectify this situation. Thanks

    Dear Fiona – thank you for delivering all our mail and answering our questions. I know Webkinz World will be having many changes in the next couple years. That’s a little scary, but also exciting at the same time. Will it be possible to have a search feature so we can enter the name of an item and we will be told how many of that item we have and what rooms we have put those items? My house has gotten so big and I have duplicates of items spread through my rooms and my dock. I would love to be able to find things faster. Thanks for listening – alphacat :-)

    dear fiona, i noticed on the ganz estore that theres a section called “figures, charms, and smileys”, except there are no charms. i would really like to open the charm forest on my accounts, except i cant afford paying for deluxe every month for that. will ganz ever sell virtual charms like they do with the figures? and also, will you ever sell codes to unlock zumwhere? it would be nice to be able to access those areas without having to get deluxe, except no more stores sell webkinz accessories that come with the unlockable codes. i would appreciate it and im sure many others would too if you responded. Thanks!

    Hi Fiona, I love collecting all the floating leaves and getting new seeds for my garden. I have noticed though, that as they are growing, weeds are showing up. Is it possible to rake them away? What can I do?
