I do not fully understand the medallion exchanging. Example if I have 10 Cheeky Monkey medallions to trade do I only get 1 any pet medallion? – itmustbenice

 

 

You got it, itmustbenice! There’s a 10 to 1 exchange rate for specific Pet Medallions (like the Cheeky Monkey) to become Any Pet Medallions.

 

 

Dear Fiona, How do I take a picture of my pets in their cute outfits with the “Dress Your Pet” window open, which blocks your access to the camera, so you can send it to Webkinz Trends through your email? I can’t seem to figure it out! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

 

 

 

Hi, LadyBeauty! You’ll need to take a screenshot the old-fashioned way to take a picture of your pet in the Dress Your Pet interface or the My Pets page. How you do that depends on what kind of computer you’re running. If you have an Apple computer, you can hold down Command-Shift-3 to take a picture of your screen. If you’re using a Windows computer, look for a button on your keyboard that says Print Screen or PRNT SCRN or something like that. Press that to copy the image on the screen, then find the Paint application and click Control-V to paste the image. You can then save it as a JPG. Hope that helps!

 

 

 

Dear Fiona, My question is about a Lil Kinz unicorn that I have from when I started playing Webkinz back when it first came out. I still have the unicorn and it’s code stored away with other toys at my home, but since that pet is retired from this website, does that mean that if I try to put the Lil Kinz Unicorn’s code in it won’t be accepted on my account? Not to worry, DogsCats101! Retired just means that the pet is not being manufactured any more — it has no impact on whether the codes work or not. You should be able to adopt your pet without worry — but if you do run into some issues, make sure you send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

    Dear Fiona, please help us with those ads: they are too many of them, impossible to move around WW: moving from one room to another, play on Arcade and the worse of them that floating items you cannot click and should wait for very long time to next one! Please help! If you cannot help with it I would be forced to turn all ads from my web site, I do not want to do that, but have no another choice.

    Hey, I have been trying a lot in the last hour to log on to my webkinz account, but it continues to throw me out. My sister is having the same issue, even though we have different accounts and different devices. We both work during the day and only have time to get on in the evening. We were both looking forward to being able to collect the fall leaves today, but will be unable to do so if Webkinz world remains down. Is there anything we can do about this issue?

    Dear Fiona, I have two questions. First, are we going to have a free Deluxe day for everyone any time soon? I would love to be able to get the Garden Oasis Theme items that are for deluxe members. Also, the Green Leaf theme has been temporarily retired and I was wondering if they are going to bring it back any time soon? I would really like to pick up some of these items, especially the wallpaper. Thanks. Mila14

    Fiona when is webkinz going to put some new and update things to buy with kinscash.we work hard to earn our kinzcash and all the things in the webkinz store are old and out dated. please have them give us some new and updated things to buy.It is really unfair that we earn our kinzcash and all the good things cost ee-store points. After all this is webkins so we should be able to buy new and up dated things. Thank you Cmsrockz

    Dear Fiona, is there a way to change the email account I use for WebKinz to another account? When I started Webkinz back in 2009, I used Hotmail. Now I am using Gmail. I seldom go to my Hotmail (now called Outlook) account and would like to change the email address to my Gmail account. Is this possible? If so, how do I do that? Also, to all Webkinz players, they really do answer your emails, but it takes time. If you haven’t heard from them in a reasonable amount of time, email them again. Also, if you have a Spam/Junk filter in your email, be sure the reply from WebKinz is not there. Be sure it comes to your Inbox in your mail. Hope this info helps.
