I do not fully understand the medallion exchanging. Example if I have 10 Cheeky Monkey medallions to trade do I only get 1 any pet medallion? – itmustbenice
You got it, itmustbenice! There’s a 10 to 1 exchange rate for specific Pet Medallions (like the Cheeky Monkey) to become Any Pet Medallions.
Dear Fiona, How do I take a picture of my pets in their cute outfits with the “Dress Your Pet” window open, which blocks your access to the camera, so you can send it to Webkinz Trends through your email? I can’t seem to figure it out! ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
Hi, LadyBeauty! You’ll need to take a screenshot the old-fashioned way to take a picture of your pet in the Dress Your Pet interface or the My Pets page. How you do that depends on what kind of computer you’re running. If you have an Apple computer, you can hold down Command-Shift-3 to take a picture of your screen. If you’re using a Windows computer, look for a button on your keyboard that says Print Screen or PRNT SCRN or something like that. Press that to copy the image on the screen, then find the Paint application and click Control-V to paste the image. You can then save it as a JPG. Hope that helps!
Dear Fiona, My question is about a Lil Kinz unicorn that I have from when I started playing Webkinz back when it first came out. I still have the unicorn and it’s code stored away with other toys at my home, but since that pet is retired from this website, does that mean that if I try to put the Lil Kinz Unicorn’s code in it won’t be accepted on my account? Not to worry, DogsCats101! Retired just means that the pet is not being manufactured any more — it has no impact on whether the codes work or not. You should be able to adopt your pet without worry — but if you do run into some issues, make sure you send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

When will there be someone in Customer Service? I have been stuck on a quest for over 3 months! I have sent a dozen emails, and have received no reply. I have to say I’m becoming more and more frustrated, and I’m sure that I’m not the only one. Customers that aren’t taken care of will eventually stop coming back.
Is anyone else having this problem with their Flutter Cow? I can’t see my pet at all in the Club House or the Park, please let me know if this is not just me! I hope they fix this problem soon, I was very disappointed, I was excited to use my pet, after all, I paid for it!:(

How come Webkinz isn’t selling the toys anymore? It’d be really cool if you brought them back for like a special holiday or just for a couple of days/weeks.
There are hardly any stores that carry the plush anymore. You are supposed to be able to find them in Hallmark stores, and I will occasionally see one in a discount store. But the best bet to find the plush is on Amazon, or ordering from the estore. I am saddened as this takes the joy out of selecting a pet for it’s individual quirks that appeal to you, but it seems to be the only way to buy the plush anymore. I used to go to AC Moore and buy the lil kinz to give as gifts to friends. I miss those days.
I found lots in a store called Tuesday Morning and some in Cracker Barrel, they vary from store to store but at least it’s worth a try.

I think why a lot of stores don’t carry them anymore is because their not popular anymore. Around 2005 – 2012(roughly) you could actually find Webkinz in stores, I was kid back then but I remember going into the store with my grandparents and picking out Webkinz in Walgreens and Steins (I know that’s a garden store but that’s where we bought most of our Webkinz, I tell you, they were everywhere). I also saw them in a lot of other stores, for me it was like “Oh cool they have Webkinz here!” now that’s turn into “Oh drat, they don’t have ANY webkinz here??” its not Webkinz fault so much that’s its not popular like the good old days, its the children these days, the game just doesn’t appeal to them anymore, that’s SAD. Kids nowadays just aren’t kids anymore, they’re like young teenagers. :\
Hi Beckinz8! I thought Cracker Barrel stopped selling them, but if they didn’t then it’s just my location ^-^ I do know Tuesday Morning has them, and lots of them. It’s a home decor store, but they also have toys and stuff. Good luck in your search!
