dear fiona, i noticed on the ganz estore that theres a section called “figures, charms, and smileys”, except there are no charms. i would really like to open the charm forest on my accounts, except i cant afford paying for deluxe every month for that. will ganz ever sell virtual charms like they do with the figures? and also, will you ever sell codes to unlock zumwhere? it would be nice to be able to access those areas without having to get deluxe, except no more stores sell webkinz accessories that come with the unlockable codes. i would appreciate it and im sure many others would too if you responded. I’ve got good news and less than good news, cheekylean123. The good news is that Zums are absolutely available at Ganz eStore right now — when you unlock a Feature Code for a Zum, you will also get access to Zumwhere. Plus, you’ll get the Zum Buddy that you can add to your pet! As for virtual Charms… they do sometimes make an occasional appearance in the Ganz eStore. You’ll just have to keep your eyes peeled — with any luck, they’ll be back soon! You should also watch for upcoming Days of Play — that often includes free plays in the Magical Forest.
Dear Fiona – How does Ganz choose which video will be shown every week in the Kinzville Movie Theater? I really enjoy watching the videos in the theater and winning the prizes after answering the questions about the video. Please, I’d like to request that the video “Koala Holiday” be shown again in the near future. It hasn’t been shown in a very long time and I would love to win more of those beautiful fancy black sombreros. Thanks so much! BeezKneez

I have noticed the last few deluxe challenges have had games that are almost impossible to get large amounts of cash. This month it is the triple strike solitare.It took me over 2 hours to get almost 100 kinz cash. and i have more than 1 deluxe account.My question is maybe can we vote on games or make them a little easier to collect money..Please
hi there, I am not Fiona (obviously) but almost every game in the deluxe challenges take me a bazillion tries to get all the kc–remember how easy they are making it for us to get a trophy VERSUS how difficult it can be to get them otherwise. Dear Fiona, When did Doug the Dog start giving out kinzcash? My pet had 19 prior prizes. I saved for so long to have all the gems, I traded him my rare gems expecting a beautiful carved gem fountain. I got kinzcash. I am not sure when kinzcash was added, or actually why. Please tell me Fiona – WHY??? I am so disappointed!
Dear Fiona – Next month is already November which means Dr. Quack has been mayor for two years and two year before his term, Cowabelle was also mayor for two years. Does this mean there will be another election this year? If so, I would like to encourage Amanda Panda to try again. Her previous campaign promised to let us know in advance which items would retire when new items take their places. Dear Fiona, are people allowed to sell Webkinz VIRTUAL ITEMS for real money on sites like eBay? I’m not asking this because I want to sell them; it’s because I’m seeing an increasing amount of virtual items (estore furniture codes, mystery bag clothes, deluxe prizes, and the like, to be sent to the buyer thru Kinzpost) and even Webkinz ACCOUNTS being sold on eBay. Aren’t they property of GANZ and nobody can sell them without permission? Or has this changed?
Hi Fiona. I have a suggestion. I am a visually impaired, long time player of Webkinz. I have to use screen magnification at a very high level in order to use the computer. Therefore, I can only see a very small portion of the screen at a time. This makes it very difficult for me to catch floating items moving across the screen. I have to constantly move my mouse around the screen in the hopes that I will happen upon one floating by. I can play for an hour or more and never get one. I was wondering if it would be possible for you guys to be able to put a sound effect on the floaty so that people like me can be alerted to the fact that one is on the screen and can therefore know to go looking for it at that time. This would make the playing experience so much more accessible. Hope you can pass this along for me.
