Don’t worry, kadielle — anything that’s in your dresser when you sell it gets put back in your Dock. You receive a message telling you exactly that, too.
Hey Fiona! I can’t seem to go anywhere on Webkinz! It always asks me to adopt a pet to do the thing. What should I do about this? – yay5634
Hi, yay5634! You have a couple of options — 1.) Look at your favorite retailer to see if they carry any Webkinz plush, or pick up one of our virtual pets from Ganz eStore to upgrade your account to full, or 2.) head to Ganz eStore and pick up a Deluxe Membership. You don’t have to do either of those things, of course, but certain parts of the site will be restricted.

Good question, MyLittlePony2010EG13! My family has a tendency to fly south when it starts getting colder, but I like to get nice and cozy right here at the Ganz headquarters. We celebrate Thanksgiving a little earlier (had mine already!) and I like to invite everyone who’s alone for the season to come along. Same goes for Christmas — everyone becomes a part of my family at this time of year!

Dear Fiona Fiona, I just got the brand-new Christmas Cabin Theme, including the bunk bed! I was so excited to get my first bunk bed, but for some reason, only one of my pets can sleep on it even though it says in the WShop that 2 pets can sleep on it. If I have one pet on the bottom bunk and try to get my second pet on it, it just switches pets! Is there a way both my pets can sleep on the bunk bed? Thanks a million, Princessunicorn

Hey Fiona, my one year deluxe membership expired yesterday, and now that I am no longer deluxe it has limited my access to things of less of a full regular member. I have 40+ webkinz…I don’t think it’s fair that it restricted me this much from leaving deluxe membership. What should I do other than, purchase another year deluxe membership [will only do it with a good sale price] or purchase a physical pet [I don't like the virtual pet idea because I don't get the actual plushy]–which all the retailers stopped selling them near me sadly, and I am too far away on the pet medallions to even consider using them yet. 51 Webkinz pets, and started webkinz back in 2008. Have about 40-45 plushies, and about 5 virtual pets from codes. It is vert depressing to go to this ‘free’ members part of webkinz. I contacted Ganz Support Services and never got an email back.
If sally cat can read this sallykat can you ask ganz to make the tiger tiger red shoes sneakers that have the white stripes in the bangel tiger tiger video that was in 2010 cause I have the outfit just want the shoes to go with it and please ask them to have it in the w-shop please thanks :)
