Dear Fiona Fiona, I just got the brand-new Christmas Cabin Theme, including the bunk bed! I was so excited to get my first bunk bed, but for some reason, only one of my pets can sleep on it even though it says in the WShop that 2 pets can sleep on it. If I have one pet on the bottom bunk and try to get my second pet on it, it just switches pets! Is there a way both my pets can sleep on the bunk bed? Thanks a million, Princessunicorn
Oh dear, that’s a pickle. But I’m happy to let you know that this was found (and fixed!), but not in time for maintenance. Your pets will be happily bunking together after the next update on December 19.

Sorry, MariaGlow, but I’ve got no money to give you! If penguins are your favorite, you’ll be happy to hear that the Penguin will be available as one of the free pets to adopt for new accounts for a little while, starting December 19. If you already have a Webkinz World account, I’d suggest working towards earning a free Baby Penguin by collecting Baby Penguin Pet Medallions!
Dear Fiona, I was wondering what other ways to earn pet medallions will be added in the future and when will more pets will be added? I really like that we can get medallions as a log-in gift, through playing games, through the floaty-clicky, in a giftbox each month if we’re deluxe, and now on the Wheel of Wow. I’m just hoping more ways are yet to be added so we can get a medallion pet sooner. I have a suggestion that maybe during holidays everyone could be awarded a pet medallion giftbox (like the one Deluxe get) and that maybe pet medallions could be added to balloon darts or the prize claw.
Thanks for your question, WebkinzFanCEG. There probably won’t be any huge number of new pets added any time soon, though you might see the odd special one here and there. (There is a contest to design a Medallion Pet right now, actually!) We still have plans to add more ways to earn Medallions — some of you may have even seen some in the Mystery Prizes on the Today’s Activities page! Feathers crossed, there will be even more ways to earn after the next maintenance on December 19!

Glad to hear that bunk bed glitch is being fixed! I noticed that glitch too, and was kinda sad when I couldn’t get both of my pets on the bunk. I’m glad you guys noticed too!
hey fiona! i have a question that has been burning in me for a good few years. will the company try to make webkinz worldwide again? back in the days all stores here in israel were filled with webkinz and now its all gone and almost no online stores deliver outside of us and canada. i went around and asked shop owners and they all told me that they had no idea webkinz still existed. the game have come so far since those days and i think it would benefit the company greatly to sell worldwide again, since that way youll get more people joining delux and buying estore points but also it would just help grow the comunity and bring happines to all the kids who missed out on the years when webkinz were sold in their countries. it would mean the world to me if the company would atleast consider bringing back those beautiful days.
Just a suggestion add on in request to the question to add more pet. Please stick with not adding any more regulars. It will make it harder to go after 1 pet that we desire as i’m sure you know. This has been the best new part of Webkinz added in awhile tho there has been a lot of great changes. Keep up the good work! Total Webkinz Fan.
For several months there has been a glitch/bug to do with pet care when using the bath.
Sometimes it effects all the pets sometimes none and today the ones it effected it effected twice! (first time of being effected twice) Even though they only went in the bath once!
The glitch/bug freezes the screen. The only way to avoid having a ‘nuts & bolts’ notification is to go through the door to another room (which doesn’t load) and quickly click the arcade button.
When you return the pet is still in the bath even though that is not where you left them. Today, having filled their hearts they wouldn’t sit down and so I had to go through the door and into the arcade. When I came back they were back in the bath. There were multiple other items (sink, trampoline, treadmill, swimming pool) used between the bath and sitting down. Could this please be fixed?
I used to have the same sort of glitch all the time, where I would care for a pet with exercise or bathing, something would freeze up, then after leaving and returning to my room the pet would be back in the tub or swimming around in the pool even though that wasn’t where they last were. Today I’d been on mobile and given my pet a bath, left them somewhere else in the room, logged out, then logged on later to the desktop site only to see them sitting in the bathtub again. Not sure what it is that causes former glitch, but I can’t remember the last time I ran into it so it’s been awhile.
Thank you for answering my question. I’m excited to hear that there will be more ways to earn medallions after the maintenance on December 19th, and I’m excited for the medallion pets that are added here and there like the Snowy Retriever Puppy and the fan-designed medallion pet. I feel like my wish was granted when I found out about us getting a free Snowy Retriever Puppy for Christmas and being able to collect medallions for it. I’m especially glad that if I collect all 180 of the Snowy Retriever Puppy medallions, then I can get 8 Any Pet medallions for the extra 80. So, we do get medallions and a medallion pet as a holiday gift.
It’s cool that medallions will be part of the prize pool for Mystery Prizes and that “there will be even more ways to earn them after the next maintenance.” Also, it’s cool that a penguin will be available as one of the free pets you can adopt when starting a new account. I’ve started 6 accounts after Free Accounts started being a thing. So I’ve gotten a Sun Fox, Cloud Sheep, Floppy Bunny, Afghan Dog, Big Top Elephant, and Icy Fawn free when beginning accounts. I’d have to say those are some of my favorite Webkinz that I have. I love the Icy Fawn, Sun Fox, and Cloud Sheep and I love all the PSI’s of the 6 pets I got for free.
Dear Fiona, Waiting for Floaty-Clickies can be quite tedious. Other than going to the Clubhouse or the Park (which I also find boring), what other activities do you recommend to whittle away the time while catching them? Thank you, your friend, Powerann.
Thank you for addressing the Bunkbeds so quickly! We were all so very excited for this amazing theme for everyone in Webkinz World. Being so affordable, so cute and creative. It was a bit of a disappointment that it didn’t work right away, but I was pretty sure that once you were alerted to the problem the Creative Team would get right on it. So looking forward to my Campkinz Christmas room being finished :)

Maybe the designers didn’t have time to design new prizes for the candy cane event with everything else going on. I miss it too. I love checking in with all of my WW friends and helping them to complete their collections. Hopefully we will kick off the new year with a collection event. Are we friends in WW? I have earned a lot of pet medallions playing games on the mobile app. For some reason, it seems like mobile games pay out more than playing online. At least for me it’s like that.
