Hi, Fiona. I’ve sent ganz support e-mails regarding being stuck on a quest in Adventure Park (due to technical difficulty) and the changing of a pet name (as I inadvertently pasted my pet’s code for her name) over a month ago and no response nor fixing of these issues. I don’t want to be a nuisance and re-send my e-mails as I know they are busy. How long do you recommend before re-sending or should I just be more patient?? Thanks! – kadielle

 

 

 

 

Thanks for your question, kadielle! Our customer service team is pretty swamped right now with so many people trying to get their archived accounts back, so it is taking a bit longer than usual for them to get back to people. If you emailed webkinzsupport@ganz.com and didn’t get a response, you might want to use our ticketing system to make sure your message was received and you’re in the queue.

 

 

 

 

I am unable to find the red-yellow-green-blue-purple path tiles shown with one of the cottages. Want to purchase them at store. If you know please respond to me. Thanks – itmustbenice

 

 

 

 

Oh, I love those rainbow tiles, too, itmustbenice! They’re one of the prizes from the 2019 White Chocolate Eggs. The Eggs are still available at Ganz eStore for purchase, but you can also try trading for the tiles in the Forum or in the Trading Room in the Clubhouse.

 

 

 

 

 

I have been unable to ask friends for flowers, nor collect the floating one. I hope it works tomorrow. – Gramkins

 

 

 

The Flower Collection is still going, Gramkins, so I wanted to make sure that this got answered. If you’re using Edge as your browser, you may have difficulty with collection events and special wheels, like the Super Wheel. Our supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox, so if something isn’t working, you should try those. Also, in some cases, the invisible part of the dock will extend over buttons when you’re using a particularly tall pet with a tall hat — you should also try hiding your dock.

    Fiona, can you please tell us what happened with the plush pets? We’re going on 6 months without a new one and there hasn’t been any statements released.

      There’s a clause in their contracts. A gag order. They are all sworn to secrecy or they face a heavy fine. Fiona could even have her flight feathers clipped. (This is just my attempt at not-really-funny speculation as to why a customer service based company would completely ignore numerous requests for an official statement as to the issue and future of WW plush.) I may have given up asking, but I definitely feel your pain, ~OfficialSassy.

    Is anyone having trouble logging into the E store? I just got a message I haevn’t logged in for quite some time and it won’t allow me to log in and I have 30,000 points in my account! And just logged in yesterday.Off topic I know but I don’t expect to hear from the E Store today being it is sunday. thanks in advance.

      panda31949, I don’t know if this will help you but it has worked for me. I don’t know how many friends you currently have but mine is way up there so recently the same thing has happened to me. Playing in the Tournament Arena the Ask To Become Friends wouldn’t highlight. I removed some older, inactive friends from my list and this cleared up room for New Friends. I was told by Sally Webkinz that there is no limit to Friends in your list, but for me this is all that I have found to work in adding New Friends when this occurs. I hope this helped. trexjt2013

    Dear Fiona: When are the clocks and the televisions going to work again? I was very surprised when I went into an event room that had a TV and it worked, so it thought this was fixed, but not in the rooms. Thanks.

    Dear Fiona, Why does full membership expire after a year? I think it’s a little unfair. Webkinz are hard to find now and I don’t live in the US so I can’t even get them from amazon.com. It would be nice if we could at least still use kinzpost when our full membership expires. Also, I had an idea that once people have 10 or more webkinz on one account, their membership won’t expire. Is this something you guys would consider? Thanks!

      You can find cheap webkinz with codes on eBay, OR even better, wait till pets in the estore are on sale for like 5,000 points and buy them. If you really want full membership it would be worth it.

        The lil’ kinz birds are on sale in the estore until the end of the month for 7500 points or they have the more for your money section that doesn’t require points. You just pay cash for them.

          Some of the lil’ birds are only 3750 points until May 31 I believe. And when the virtual cash-only pets are on sale, sometimes they are as cheap as $4.87! Can’t beat that!!

      SugarP, I think that is an excellent idea! I agree, our Full Membership accounts should never expire after purchasing a certain number of pets. I think the number of pets should be around 20 pets. Or…maybe if Webkinz sold pets in the WShop for KinzCash instead of ePoints? Or…if a player becomes a Deluxe Member, their account won’t need to adopt another pet unless they want too. I understand they need to make money to keep the game up and running, but there should be something they can do to make it fair for ALL players, especially ones in other countries. :-(

        It is already set up so that if you are Deluxe you do not need to add another pet. I keep 5 of my 17 accts on Deluxe for that very reason – there are so many pets I can’t give enough time to them. I’m not quite as crazy as this sounds – several of these accts are ones I have taken over for grandkids, u no. But I do keep them all active. You do have to keep the Deluxe accts deluxe of course. But that can all be done through estore – don’t have to go looking for a store that carries Webkinz. But, like someone said, you can find really good deals on the pets at estore. I check there every day for ‘good deals’ and hardly ever pay full price for a pet (sometimes I do :-)

          Thank you gml1936. I didn’t realize that about the Deluxe accounts. I’m new to the Deluxe account. I have 4 accounts, two Deluxe and two Full. I was debating with myself about if wanted to keep two Deluxe or just have one, I think I’ve decided to let the two Full accounts just go, as I don’t really need them anymore and just keep two Deluxe accounts. It is rather pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. Thank you so much for your help! :-)

            Hi alucard. Another thing I check on constantly is when the Deluxe Memberships are on sale. I get mine on Black Friday or some other half price sale. Remember you always get the free pet with the membership. That pet does count as adopting a pet to keep an acct Full for another year. So, you can use those free pets to keep your 2 Full accts going. (What would happen to the pets on your Full accts if you just let them go :-( I often would like to mention to someone who wishes they could be Deluxe that saving a dime a day would give a person enough in a year to buy a Deluxe membership on sale. But, I do not want to counter what parents have told their kids they can or cannot do on Webkinz, u no? But, that could be some practice in Financial Planning! lol

    I am playing the Kinzville Collect Flowers and it says you can use 10 friends. I am using 8 friends and only getting 4 of them are sending a flower my way. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ? ? PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. Time is running out.

    I have 2 old computers. One is ancient & one is old as dirt. I discovered some Webkinz things work on one & everything else works on the other one. I did complete the Flower collection & restarted again. Thank you for answering.

    I have a question. I extremely dislike the starter pet I got for free when I created my second account recently. My dislike towards this pet is strong, although I’m not quite sure why. Anyway, I know you get requests to delete petsso they can be added again, but that is not what I would like. I would appreciate if you could remove this pet from my account, permanently, not for re-adoption (since it was a beginner pet, I didn’t have a code anyway). I don’t know if you can even do this, but if you can, one of my concerns is that I have another pet that I truly cherish with that same name, and I’m worried because of that they may get deleted by mistake instead of the bunny that I would like to remove. If I were to contact Ganz about this, would they be able to do anything about it? I apologize if any of this was worded oddly, I’m a bit tired. Also, this is a question for one of the site admins, not Fiona.

        IF the pet you dislike cannot be deleted, would you consider giving that acct to a friend or family member who would love to have it and take care of it. Then you could just start another new account with pets you like. Just a thought.

          Sadly this account is too important for me. I did create this one recently, but it already has nine pets, nearly twenty fully built rooms, and many estore items. I work fast ^-^ Anyway, I’m not exactly willing to give up all of that just for a simple room. I guesss I’ll email customer service about this since Ganz won’t respond to me here.

            Vonbonribbon, I know you are going to think I am entirely to nosy and interferring, but I keep thinking about the pet you want to delete. If you created this acct recently, that bunny may be the Floppy Eared Bunny? Did you know she won the contest a couple of years ago for the most popular Bunny, voted on by Webkinz users? Don’t remember the exact name of the contest, but this bunny was the winner! :-)
