February Deluxe Day is TODAY!

 

Another Deluxe Day has arrived!

 

Once again, Deluxe Members can log in TODAY, Sunday, February 11th, and visit Today’s Activities in order to receive a special prize: a Snowy Cabin! Also on the Today’s Activity schedule, there’s an entire day of fun and activities for Deluxe Members to enjoy!

    I’m super sorry that some people are disappointed by this month’s gift, I’m real happy with it because…..I’ve been wishing for a cabin with snow on the roof for 3 years and now, here it is. I don’t care that it’s the same design as the building kit cabin, I won’t be using them together in the same room anyway. At last, a real, snowed-on cabin for my winter camp/forest/Wild West scenes! I’m happy about this ganz, thank you.

    Ah I so wish I could’ve gotten this, but my deluxe membership expired yesterday, and when I bought a new one yesterday morning, the deluxe status and none of the gifts showed up on my chosen account >.< Until I can contact customer service tomorrow, I guess I'm outta luck :/ Hopefully they can fix the issue for me. $45 is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't show up! Oh well… well, I hope those who are able to get this prize enjoy it!

      Hi TaffyKitty, if you bought your membership today you should get the gifts no problem. Sometimes they take a day or 2 to show up on my account. I’m sure customer support will sort it out for you as they have done for me in the past. Have a great day!!!

        Hi, 1Emerald1! Thanks for letting me know! I bought the membership yesterday morning (I think it was somewhere around 11 am EST if I recall correctly) and did not see anything show up, however, I have not yet logged onto that account today, and if it sometimes takes a day or two to process, maybe it will show up? If not, I’ll definitely have my parents contact customer service tomorrow! I’ve never contacted them for a major issue before, but if they’ve helped you out, then I’m sure they can help me, too! Thanks again, and have a great day, as well! =)

      Hi TaffyKitty12! I was reading about all the trouble you are having with the renewal of your Deluxe Membership—-UGH!!—so frustrating, right? Keep the faith! Because I have a good feeling that the E-Store will straighten everything out for you when you or your parents call. They really do an excellent job with customer service. Try to call tomorrow–and when you do, mention that you missed out on today’s Deluxe Gift–they might have a way you can get it. Hang in there–these things can be annoying, but they generally work out fine. Good luck! And let us all know how it worked out.

        Hi, animalsmatter1! (Great username, by the way!) Ah yep, definitely wasn’t what I expecting, that’s for sure! My parents have bought several things from the estore in past years (including a few deluxe renewals and plush pets), but we’ve never encountered a problem like this. Thank you, though! That’s good to hear! I’ve only ever had to contact them once when there was a mix-up with my bonus 1-year membership pet code. I received the wrong code, so I emailed them, and in less than two hours, I got the right code, no further questions asked! Based on what you’ve told me and my previous experience, it seems like they have pretty good customer service, and I’m sure they’ll be able to straighten things out! Thank you for the tip! When my dad calls (which he should be able do, as long as he doesn’t become busy with something), I’ll make sure to have him mention it to them! Thanks again, and I’ll surely let you all know how everything works out! =)

      Hi my grandma called the E-Store and they were able to check and send those items within a few minutes. Give it a try but ask for ALL the items missing let them know the Exclusive item, gift box tell them each item and they will help.

(From what I recall, I believe I’m missing the pet code for the chow chow puppy, 2018 super deluxe item, February gift box, my monthly points and my bonus points (8,000 in total), and my deluxe status) I’ll go check to see if anything has changed in my account yet, but if not, I’ll surely have my parenrs call them tomorrow! Thanks for the help! ^-^

      Hope you get your gift–**send an email to customer service** & they should get you set!! At least the cabin has smoke when a pet is inside–I set mine with a starry night sky and a snowy floor, so not so bad….good luck & hope you love yours :) -k.

        Heya, ilovemoonie! Thanks! Ah yeah, it is kinda frustrating, especially considering I tried buying that deluxe membership over 20 times only to get an error message, and when it does go through, nothing shows up. I’ve bought things from the estore before, and though the ‘error’ message sometimes shows up, I’ve never had the ‘not showing up’ problem ever happen to me. But oh well, sometimes things like that happen, right? I’m sure other people have experienced it before… after all, there was a question in the FAQ entitled “I bought a membership but don’t see my deluxe status in the game.” I’m sure they will! All I gotta do is remind my dad, haha XD Okay, I definitely will! (and aw, thanks a ton for the offer, moonie, but really, you don’t have to do that! I did get an offer earlier, and I might have my dad ask customer service about it when he calls (besides, you already send me so many awesome things anyways! (90% off coupons, 10,000 kinzcash coins, I don’t know how I can repay you!)) Thanky oh again, though; that was definitely kind of you to offer!

      UPDATE: Customer service replied to my ticket earlier this morning, and they let me know that they forwarded the information to their tech support, and that the issue should be fixed! (They also let me know that, if something happens that it doesn’t show up within the next two days, I should email them again) I have not checked my Webkinz or estore account yet, but I will do so periodically throughout the day to see if it has been fixed! Kudos to customer for getting back to me so quickly, and I look forward to seeing this issue resolved! :D

      Totally agree, Dixiecup. I love this gift! Thank you, Ganz! I was so excited when I got it. Typically, I’m not highly motivated to build my own cottages/cabins. It’s fun to do, but after a few days, I usually forget to ask for my building supplies! So for me, this snowy cabin is a fantastic treat. I love cabins! They’re so great for creating an outdoor neighborhood. This snowy cabin is so versatile, too–because it’s a perfect winter item, but also can be used for our outdoor Christmas rooms. I think Ganz hit a homerun with this months Deluxe gift. Agree, it would be nice if our pets could go in them, and go to sleep–maybe with future items like cabins and buildings, that could be a an added feature, but for now, this snowy cabin is a delight!

    Most of the Deluxe Day gifts have been great for the last few months. This is very disappointing. It is just a touched up version of the W Shop building kit.

    What a terrible gift. Repeat or items that are all most the same as something we already have does not want non deluxe members want to join us deluxe members. It becomes a waste of money because all we do is trade the item to them anyway. NEW item DIFFERENT items make it worth joining the DELUXE gang.

      I’m not a deluxe member right now. And this item makes me think i’m not missing out on anything with a regular membership. The biggest plus in a deluxe membership for me was vacation island and wheel of deluxe and estore points. But considering for many months the vacation island party prizes won were not received. It feels like the company does not care about fixing site problems. Ever since webkinz x when so many items no longer worked. And still don’t work. Estore animated items that no longer function. Items they “fixed” that don’t animate like originally intended and would have not been purchased like they are now. Adventure park where because of glitches you get stuck on a quest forever. And ganz won’t fix the problem or get rid of the quest. I have a few accounts stuck in a quest and contacted customer support more than once but ganz never fixed it. Fix site issues if you want customers to shell out extra money for deluxe memberships.

    1WISH that when these houses come out they were beds ! If they counted as beds then I could let my pet sleep in them and not have to set a bed outside and clutter my room.
