Dear Ganz Staff, I need your help! I have been trying to purchase Deluxe Membership for a very long time. I know there is a type of card that can be purchased in which you can download cash amounts that will work for purchasing Deluxe Membership, but I need to know specifically what I am looking for. I have tried prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards, and my master card bank debit card and those don’t work. I was told there is a prepaid cash loadable credit card you can use, but I am not sure what I am looking for, because all I can find besides the prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards are prepaid Visa/Mastercard debit cards which I was told wouldn’t work. Can you please describe in detail what kind of cash loadable card I need to look for? I am very frustrated because I want to purchase yearly Deluxe Membership but don’t want to throw away my money on a card that can’t be used for said purpose. Prepaid gift cards of any kind will not currently work at Ganz eStore. Point Cards can be purchased from Best Buy, and at one point I believe 1 year memberships were available via Amazon. Those may be back in the future.

I purchased a 1 year Deluxe Membership through Amazon using my bank card and then used the code tool for Deluxe Membership at the E-store. I now have my Deluxe Membership for the next year! Yeah, I am so excited that I was finally able to get a Deluxe Membership and was able to do it with my bank card on Amazon. I am still basking in the newness of being a Deluxe Member and having the time of my life!!! I have been trying to get this to work for a couple of years now. There are some Webkinz that you can buy on Amazon that come with deluxe memberships if buying deluxe membership from the estore doesn’t work (: It’s nice because you can get a plush webkinz and a membership for a really reasonable price (:

Unfortunately, the bunnies will not be available in the W Shop. There is currently an issue that prevents Lil’Kinz sized pets from being purchased at the W Shop at the correct size. Until that is fixed, no Lil’Kinz pets will be available from the W Shop.

Aw, Trix is a cute name! :D My neighbor had a dog named Trixie, who recently died. But to make up for it, they got a golden retriever pup. :)
Thanks! I got her a few years ago on Easyer and I thought I’d name her Trix because she reminded me of the rabbit on the Trix cereal commercials :) and aw, Trixie sounded so cute! I know how it would feel to lose a pet :,( Well, at least your neighbors got a golden retriever puppy to make up for Trixie’s loss

Thanks for the awesome names everyone! I think I’ve decided I will name him Starbuck. I’ll probably adopt him later today or tomorrow. Yesterday I had no idea what to name him, and then that name just popped into my head. I always do that. I ask for help naming a pet, and then I think of the perfect name right after! Thanks again for the names though! :D i really like Meadow, Muffin, Bouncer, Chatter, Rabbitpaw, and sky. Maybe I could use one for a pet I get in the future.
