My daughter adopted a fennec at the beginning of Jan, but it doesn’t let her do the PotM activities. I did contact customer support, and they’re trying to tell me she adopted it prior to its month.

Ugh!!! I adopted a fennec fox and I DIDN’T get a Pet of the Month loot bag and I can’t do any of the Pet of the Month activities. Very frustrating!!!
