Has anyone besides myself and my husband noticed a distinct lack of ads to find today? 20 minutes and not one single ad for the headset!
So glad I thought to read what other webkinz players posted today! I spent over an hour this morning looking for the shirt ad and other hour this afternoon. I hope that Ganz releases the code for the shirt tomorrow because that ad is not showing today :(
I have not found the Intern yellow shirt. Please help : (
Me too! I saw it the other day and it changed so fast before I could click on it and it was Saturday not Sunday but all day today, no “Found It” were found for me, I still need the shirt too!
i cant find the pants
the code for the news shirt has too many characters. I was able to get the pants and microphone head set but the code for the shirt will not work. the ad for the shirt and head set both appeared on Saturday with nothing showing Sunday.
Leave off the one of the W’s at the beginning and it will work, hopefully you still have the code. I saw that it had too many characters and only put in one “W” and it worked for me. The first five characters were WW24L, so only put in W24L. Codes always only have 12 characters, 4,4,4 & 4. Also click on the small ad that says “Find the Ad!”, it might give you the code. Thanks!
We have three accounts and not one of us has been able to find the ad with the pants today. :(
I found both the headset and the shirt yesterday but I have never found the pants. Today I clicked on the “find the ads” and it gave me the code for the headset. Hope that helps some of you.
You found the headset yesterday? I’ve been on for hours and haven’t found the ad yet. The site will switch to Monday in about half an hour and I’m frustrated.
Was someone looking at a wrong calendar? Earlier today (Sunday) in WKN there was a post saying the Dexter challenge starts now. Friday’s ad (the pants) had problems linking to a working page. Yesterday’s “You Found it” as was for the headphones (the Sunday item) not the shirt. And I’ve not seen one “you found it” ad today . . . Perhaps the codes should be posted here tomorrow (when everyone’s back) given the problems with the ads this time.
Now I can’t even sign into the webkinz site nor the parents area.
After opting out of third party promotions and a long wait between signing in and the site loading I finally got back into webkinz. However, when I tried to move within the site all I got was the notification “Please wait…” That is what caused webkinz to stop working for me before. I realize that webkinz is a very involved site and that much can go wrong while trying to make changes and improvements but I hope Ganz realizes that these problems are very frustrating to those trying to play as well as the Parents and Grandparents of the children who have paid for deluxe memberships, points, pets etc which cost REAL money that can be very hard to come by in some situations.
Can’t get in again today. Tried changing 3rd party adds, deleting cookies, entering site numerous ways, updating flash and everything else I could think of. Nothing works.
More frustrating is trying to get a response from them when you have glitches that need to be fixed. I’ve been trying for over week to get someone to help me with the glitch I’m encountering in the Estore. My husband submitted a tech ticket to which there has been no reply other than the bot message and I’ve seen two other players on Facebook say they’ve been trying to get help for the Estore for over a month now! What on earth is going on?! :((
I understand. I have been having trouble with stars disappearing after I find them in the magic forest. Nafaria and the star carousel have different amounts of stars. I have contacted support several times over the last 2 or 3 YEARS about this problem and all I get is “we will look into it but it will take time.” How much longer? I can’t click on Nafaria nor can I take the cash for the stars I win. Then when I find stars sometimes the number of that star reflects the find but usually not. Then when the number of stars actually reflects the star that was found the next time I log in to the magic forest the number is back to the previous number even though I saved the star and did not take the money. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem but hasn’t noticed.
