Hi! I have the same issue as others – I have captured the Peanut Butter Chocolate yet I have not had it shown up on my account and it doesn’t give me credit for capturing it – why? Can someone at Ganz give me the credit and post it to my account? This is the second day this has happened! Help!!!!!!
believe it or not, i already got my couch!
I got all my chocolates from the park, then I got the peanut butter one from the News but I have not received the couch and I cannot open the cart now. How do I get the couch. My cousin is having the same problem.
Are you able to click on the chocolate collection in the right hand corner of the screen when you’re in the Kinzville Park?
I am having the same problem. When I went back to the park to claim the sofa, I found a trash bag in place of the Chocolate Collection Seal. How can I claim the sofa that I earned?
I wanted to say THANKYOU !! MONKEYSMILE05 is my granddaughter and her Striped Chicilate Sofa was not in the dock after it was won. CUSTOMER SERVICE was right on the ball and it is there now THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!! She plays on and off I help . I am allowed to do this by her parents but I forget the e-mail but I let customer service know and they checked and made things right . It sounds small but it’s the little things that really do count ;)
I would love to try the Caramel Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake Truffles. I would hate to have to choose just one. That would be a very difficult choice for me.
I got my Peanut Butter Chocolate yesterday!!!! It looks so good!!!! I wish that there was a physical truffle flight that you could buy for yourself that matched up with the one for your pets!!! I would definitely buy that!!!
Is the couch traceable? Or do you have to finish the collection? I can never get on Webkinz it seems like… Everyone in my house wants the computer! Are the missed chocolates Estore?

Is there a way we can see our collection fill after we have gotten our chocolate from Cinnamon’s chocolate stand like in the past? Also do we need to click on something in that collection to redeem the prize when we have collected all the chocolates? The reason I’m asking is that after it says what chocolate you received, it looks like it is down loading something, but then nothing appears after that ie: showing your collection thus far. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
There’s an Icon on the bottom right corner that says Chocolate Collection that will show you what you have collected.

Well, my favorite chocolate would be the Sea Salt one, it looks so good and I bet it tastes great. But I like too the Caramel Crunch one, absolutely delicious!!! :D :)) Haha, getting hungry!!! :))
Cool WebkinzLover2015! The sea salt chocolate and the carmel one do look pretty good! :D My favorite might have to be the peanut butter one since, well, I actually kinda (okay, really) like peanut butter! But I must say, I think all of these chocolates look delicious and unique!
Sure all of them are so unique and beautiful, but so delicious too!!! And the Peanut Butter Truffle looks so tasty, it’s really kinda Ok…Haha. It’s really nice and kinda sophisticate if I think at peanut butter and jam bread, never mind I LOVE this combination!!! It’s easy and delicious!!! I think the peanut butter would be something I would like! The first time I tried a truffle, I was surprised because I didn’t know it would have chocolate on the inside, I was expecting cake. Lol, but still was tasty! I love collecting all the chocolates, 2 more to go for me!

Oh my gosh, they all look so good!!! Maybe the strawberry cheesecake one!!! I LOVE strawberries and cheesecake!!!! And I LOVE all chocolate!!! So it’s basically impossible to pick. Now I NEED chocolate!!!!!!! ;)
