As reported in an earlier post on October 25, v.49 had a known Flash issue causing slowness and visual errors.
Mozilla has now released Firefox v.50 which has resolved these issues. If your version of Firefox has not already updated automatically, here is how to update it manually:
- Click the menu button
, click help 
and select About Firefox. - The About Firefox window will open and Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically.
- When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart Firefox to Update.
guys i got some good news about Firefox have you tried Firefox Developer Edition for your computer and I did tried it just now well it worked okay for me though but it was fast for a minute then it was slow and had to wait and well i think my computer was slow or it could be something else and Sally Webkinz can you please tell them for me that try this internet browser to see this works for everyone else and if that does not work for them and others can contact you ok and otherwise and a wonderful day ok everyone. http://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/announcements/firefox-web-browser-flash-issues/

If I use Edge or FireFox it’s logs me out of Webkinz every 5 or 10 minutes so I use google chrome. It works smoothly and I just like chrome more than the others anyway

I tried several times to use Firefox and Webkinz never did run good for me. I use Chrome for Webkinz and it runs great for me. I have to clear my browsing data once a week or so and it helps too
what on earth are you talking about?! it never happens to me!
I’m stuck using chrome (not my favorite) because on edge I’m unable to spin the wheel of deluxe or participate in collection events. No idea why this is but it’s a fairly new issue.
same here I cannot do the deluxe wheel or most jobs because everything past the middle of the screen will not work Started on two updates ago
Hi guys! When you’re at the Webkinz login page on Edge, you can click on the three dots at the top right hand corner of the screen, and that will give you a pull down menu where you can click “Open with Internet Explorer”. When you do this, you can log in and play all the things you want, like spinning the Wheel of Deluxe and doing jobs! I hope this helps you!
I used to be able to go on webkinz for a short amount of time until about the last month. Now it logs me out as soon as I log into webkinz with google chrome. What’s up with that?

yeah i use google chrome and i still struggle to make it through ten minutes of playing on webkinz before i have to close out of it. Also everything is always super slow on webkinz, it makes it not very fun to play :/
shut down your ads & see if that helps! I did & it did, & then with these floating coins–they come w/ ads! What’s that about? Need to check out my ad blockers again… Well, gl :) k.
