The code works, but the Gargowl Gargoyle statue has not appeared in my dock. The same thing happened each time any of my pets got the family prize of the Kinzville Valley Home. It said the prize was awarded but it is nowhere to be found… not in the any of the docks. It’s REALLLY annoying — and not fair to promise a prize and not deliver it. Dd anyone else have this problem with the gargoyle or the Kinzville Valley Home? Plus the Time Machine still doesn’t work and nor does many of the other special items.
The Kinzville Valley Home can be found in the map’s dock — head to the Map of Kinzville and check the dock there. As for the Gargowl Gargoyle Statue, if you cannot find it under Decorations, please contact customer service at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Please double check the code as you are entering it. Sometimes 6 looks like g, etc.
Code shop not working tonight!!!!
The code worked at the Code shop today. The Gargowl Gargoyle statue is magnificent! It’s a lifeless stone statue until you click on it, then it comes to life as it opens its eyes & they light up & glow! So spooky & cool. I thought the code hadn’t worked because I couldn’t find the item in my dock at first. Look for it under Decorations in your dock, guys.
This is not working for me at all. Ganz, please help me and those who are having problems with their codes in the Code Shop. I typed everything in correctly, I had mine printed out so I could look at it. It is not working! I tried it 5 or 4 times now. Please help us!
