I clicked on the free box yesterday, having bought and adopted the Panda to that account, and received nothing. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to.
GANZ PLS SOMEONE I was adopting my panda and realized I was ON TEH WRONG ACCOUNT, typing the CODE IN to the ADOPTION CENTER!!!!!!!!!!! so I was like, OOPS, I need to go to my other account because I did not want the panda on this account…………..tell my WHY did it automatically adopt and “default” is the name?!?!?!?! I WANTED MY PANDA NAMED PANDA EXPRESS ON MY OTHER ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO I DO PLZ SEND HELP

This is off topic, but I want to make sure it gets noticed and gets a response. Once again this Deluxe player is not getting the 2 free collection items per day. For the marshmallow collection, last month, I only received 2 free marshmallows on 3 or 4 days throughout the entire month. So far this month, I’ve only collected the 2 free magic W’s once and that was on the day I started my collection. Since that first day I’ve only received magic W’s from my friends who have been kind enough to send them. I have not received my 2 free daily magic W’s on any other days this month. What’s the point of paying for Deluxe if you don’t receive the Deluxe bonus’s? Please fix this gross error for Deluxe members for ALL collection events beginning with this month’s magic W’s and all future collection events such as the September leaf/acorn collection coming up. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. A very frustrated Deluxe member.
I’ve noticed if your friends are sending them after midnight, and you receive a lot the next day when you log in, then it doesn’t give the 2 free ones. I only receive my 2 free collection event items when I click on the icon on the map before anyone sends me any for that day. This is just my experience :)
Thanks for the information. It shouldn’t matter what time of day. If you’re a Deluxe member you should be awarded your 2 free, in this case, magic W’s whenever you click the collection icon on your Webkinz map.
