Go to the Ganz Estore site and click on “contact us” at the bottom of the page, it takes you to a FAQ section, click on “4″ “I am missing my monthly deluxe box” If you’re still within your membership renewal date then click on the “see more” and it gives you the option to contact them about this. Good luck :D
