GLITCH ALERT: Retro Rainbow Gift Box

 

There is currently an issue with the Retro Rainbow Gift Box awarding the newly added items from the theme. While we work to resolve the issue, we recommend only selecting the original 6 items if you wish to make a selection immediately.

 

To compensate for this glitch, we will be adding a second Retro Rainbow Gift Box to the May 2022 Deluxe Gift Box.

 

 

As a reminder, the original first half of the Retro Rainbow theme items which can still be selected from the box without issue include:

 

Retro Rainbow Chair

 

Retro Rainbow Side Table

 

Retro Rainbow Phone

 

Retro Rainbow Couch

 

Retro Rainbow Bed

 

Retro Rainbow Table Lamp

 

 

If you already selected one of the new theme items, didn’t receive it and lost your gift box, please contact Customer Support via email at: webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance.

        @Sally Webkinz – I thought this problem was fixed in the 3 weeks since this was announced so I chose the Retro Rainbow Coffee Table today and I didn’t get it :( Will the item I chose today appear in my dock on April 6 or should I contact Webkinz Support??

            UpUpdate- I got a replacement Retro Rainbow Gift Box from Webkinz Customer Suppport (CS) in my Webkinz Classic account today! To be on the safe side, I selected one of the 6 “non-glitchy” prizes (the Couch) and it worked! Many thanks to Webkinz CS for their speedy assistance!

There are a lot of other gaming (and non gaming) companies that could learn a lot from you! Thank you so much for being so elegant in your handling of the error.

    I didn’t select one of the “glitch-y” items, but I appreciate the extra Retro Rainbow Gift Box in our May 2022 Deluxe Gift Box! (and that’s May, right, not April? I’m loving that Retro Rainbow theme—nicely done, Webkinz designers!)
