Glitch Causing Some Free Games to Appear as Deluxe

A glitch is making the Deluxe Only icon appear on some of the games that are open to all members.
Don’t worry! Many of your favorite games are still open to everyone! To get rid of this icon, try clearing your cach or browsing history. Here’s how:

 

Internet Explorer
1. Click Tools from the menu bar
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click the General tab
4. Click the Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet files section
Firefox
1. Click Edit from the menu bar
2. Click Preferences from the Edit menu
3. Expand the Advanced menu by clicking the plus sign
4. Click Cache
5. Click the Clear Cache button
Chrome
1. Click the wrench icon on browser tool bar
2. Select Tools
3. Select Clear browsing data
4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data
Safari
1. Choose Safari from the menu bar
2. Select Empty Cache, and then click Empty.
Opera
1. Click Edit from the menu bar
2. Click Preferences from the File menu
3. Click the History and Cache menu
4. Click Cache
5. Click ok to close the Preferences menu

    this happens to me at the kinzstyle outlet. i see clothing and it says it’s for deluxe only then i leave and when i come back it’s for plain members

    In the arcade, most of the games have the silver webkinz logo that mean you need to adopt a pet to play. I do not have full membership and love doing challenges but cannot complete them because I cannot access the games required to pass them. Please have the games that you need to pass challenges available to all, even those of us who do not have full membership. Thanks!

    Oh, good it just a glitch, but i did what you told me to do and it still does not work hope it clears up tomorrow though.

      Update: It is now working right the computer just had to do so more updates. and P.S. if it still not working you might want to try clear/empty the cache it worked for me.

      Yea, it didn’t work for me either. I did exactly what it said for Google Chrome and nothing changed. Is there any other way to fix it??

    I am glad Ganz is letting us know but I am upset that the BIG glitches like kinzchat plus not working after visiting a friends house have gone unfixed.

    This happens to me in the Kinzstyle Outlet. There was a deluxe sign on the party hat and on the fall floral skirt and many others that were open to everyone before.
