A glitch is making the Deluxe Only icon appear on some of the games that are open to all members.
Don’t worry! Many of your favorite games are still open to everyone! To get rid of this icon, try clearing your cach or browsing history. Here’s how:

I’m glad this was just a glitch, once even the game of the day was saying that it was for deluxe members only. In my opinion, Webkinz should be the ones fixing this though, and we shouldn’t be forced to make some updates. ;(
This is helpful but if only ganz would have a way to fix the fact that I can’t spend my moneyz or a bunch of things like that on THIS website.
That was nice of you, Ganz, to share that info with us. But I do have one question- which games appear to be deluxe but really aren’t?
The glitch varies and does not appear on specific arcade games. Make sure you clear your cache and browser history :)
This glitch never happens to me.
I tried fixing the problem clearing the cache but it did not work. I did it many times I usually play Tile Towers and cannot play it. What does the star with wings and a W on it mean?
Yesterday I was at the webkinz tournament arena thing and it said cash cow 2 was for members and today it says its for everyone
Thank you because It is really hard!!
Can someone fix the game picnic it moves all wrong.
I cant play any gameat the arcade
I cant hunt for gems
FYI: Your instructions did not work for me, but I found out what did. (I have Firefox). I went to the Toolbar to History, then to clear all recent history. There were many boxes already checked, one of them was the Clear Cache. I continued. The problem was solved!! I hope that this helps someone else out.
The Firefox info on how to clear your cache is incorrect, at least for my version (which I’m pretty sure is the most up-to-date). Try this instead: 1. Go to Tools in the menu bar (the File Edit View bar). 2. Choose Options. 3. Click the Advanced tab, which is a picture of a gear. 4. Click the small tab that says Network. 5. In the second section, Cached Web Content, click “clear now.”
