**UPDATE (Feb. 4, 10:30AM EST) If you tried to adopt a pet and now cannot log in, please email webkinzsupport@ganz.com with your username and details of the issue.
**UPDATE (Feb. 3, 4:25PM EST)** If you have fewer than 650 pets, it’s now safe to adopt your pet at the Adoption Center.
Recently some players have reported not being able to adopt new pets at the Adoption Center. When an error occurs, one of the following will happen:
1) After you enter the pet’s name, you get a server error.
2) After you fail to adopt a pet, you also can’t log into your account.
3) If a bad word is attempted as a pet name, the adoption process stops but you don’t receive an error message.
It appears that these issues are only affecting accounts with a very large number (200+) of pets. If you do run into one of these issues, please don’t adopt any new pets just yet and contact Customer Service to allow access to your accounts.
Ganz is actively working on fixing these issues. We’ll post another announcement when the issues are resolved.

when i type in the code for a pet, it works. But when it asks me to type in the letters i see, it says the code is wrong. What am i not doing right?

I tried adopting an Aquarius Pup and naming it Dasani, but it won’t accept it as a name for some reason. I don’t see what could be wrong with it.
Can somebody plz help me? I have a retired Webkinz german shepherd code and i entered the code right, and entered the 5 letters right, and every time i do it it says, to make sure if i have already entered it. Ever since I first tried. I am wondering if its because its a retired Webkinz is it? Plz help!
I want to have another pet but it said to log back in and I did and it keeps saying it to this day
i don’t have to buy beds anymore but don’t want all my pets to have the same bed. i had 4 pets when they gave colored walls. and when i adopted my 5 pet it stopped giving me colored walls instead it gave me stone walls. i did the theme to my pets room to that color.
they stopped giving me colored walls for my webkinz i have 8 webkinz and have more coming now they give me the stone wall and floor but they give beds and stuff.
Thank you for fixing the problem I have 182 pets and I have 25 more to adopt but didn’t want to try due to after I adopted my puppy collection of 5 new puppies it let me adopt and log in but I couldn’t get into my house to open my gift boxes but I emailed you and no joke the problem was fixed the very next day so I have to say you are super super loyal to your customers. I still have 20 more but hope to have them be pet of the month so I am going to wait……… lots of hugs for ya
