We’ve heard that some players are having trouble logging in to www.webkinz.com from the homepage so here’s a tip to help you clear your cache!
Once you’ve done the below, you should be able to log in and play!

Firefox
1. Click Edit from the menu bar
2. Click Preferences from the Edit menu
3. Expand the Advanced menu by clicking the plus sign
4. Click Cache
5. Click the Clear Cache button
Chrome
1. Click the wrench icon on browser tool bar
2. Select Tools
3. Select Clear browsing data
4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data
Safari
1. Choose Safari from the menu bar
2. Select Empty Cache, and then click Empty.
I’m not able to log into next this morning. It keeps asking me to update. I’ve deleted app and caches and preferences, no change.
