I got 7 balls and I only ran/walked around Kinzville for about 5-10 minutes. I’m so glad we don’t have to chase after them like we do in Classic Webkinz when we’re trying to pick up trash in Kinzville Park. Whew!

I found 6 balls fall every 6 minutes. I amassed quite a few balls. I tried to get 1 nutcracker and 1 snowman. Instead I got 3 nutcrackers. Even though other gifts appeared in the window to click, I kept getting nutcrackers. I then tried getting the airplane and then the plushy. No, that dial did not work either. I got the airplane both times I tried on different days. It is totally frustrating when you work all that time to collect the balls and then the dispenser does not work correctly. I ended up wasting 80 points. Please fix this Ganz!!!!
Do we receive a random prize when redeeming ball points? Because I have not been receiving the prize I am trying to choose!
Yes, it’s random, but we’re looking into changing how this works the next event.
If we have a technical problem with the new Webkinz, do we write to the same Ganz support we use for the classic game? I have an issue with one of the challenges. I tried telling them in the suggestions, but I don’t think that will be specific for my account maybe.

Sat in the park for quite awhile but haven’t seen a single ball today or yesterday. Are they supposed to be this rare?
I was there for about 45 minutes never saw any balls.
Me too… I was on for hours and only collected 2. I saw others running around but no more showed up for me. :(
I entered twice yesterday at over 6 hours between times and got balls within 10 minutes both times – 5 one time and 6 another.
I was hanging out for a 1/2 hour and never saw any balls.
I only found the balls once so far. Anyone know how often they come?
