HELP !!!!! What am I doing WRONG , going to the NEW WEBKINZ and the park everyday for hours at one time… NEVER HAVE SEEN A BALL YET !!!!! HELP

PLEASE HELP !!! When I go to the NEW Webkinz I don’t see the prize box in the right hand side of my screen. Have been in the park since Tuesday 3 hours each day …still NOT 1 ball .. WHY ?????
I have only had found balls on one day. All the others there has been nothing. I have 5 balls. Although I believe the only time they showed up there were more than 5 that I collected. Do I need to do something special to have them start to show up?
I get more just by standing still, rather than chasing all over to look for them. Your share will drop and bounce near where you are. I also discovered that if they are in an area such as under a swing, just line up with the ball and click on an area where the ball landed. Your pet will run over the target as it passes. I also line pet up with several in a row and click on the furthest. Your pet will pick up all balls along that line as it runs.
I really wish we could pick what prizes to get when we trade the balls in, I’ve now got 8 Airplanes and no Plushy I’ve been trying for 2 days now. I sincerely beg that next time an event like this happens we can pick what prizes we want instead of having to get the same thing many times and never get the one we want.

Hi everyone. The prizes look great! HOWEVER, many players are not seeing any balls drop and have reported it here in this news post. I had balls dropping but today they stopped. It has been reported that 6 balls drop every 6 or so minuets. So if you are not seeing them try going out of the game and back into it. Also, the prizes are At Random. I could not find anywhere that Webkinz posted that the prizes were random and I hope they will be better about informing us, the players, about how things work in the future. When you cash them in you will get one of three prizes. I got 5 air planes before I got anything else, but collecting the balls are free other that the time you took waiting. Webkinz has posted that they are looking into fixing the problems that came up with the game. Does anyone have a link to a page to share info on the game? Thanks fellow Webkinz Players. Happy Gaming!
When you trade your balls in you DO NOT get to pick your gift. Collected 30 ball and got the drum I wnted the music box . After playing ALL DAY I would have like to pick my own gift after all that work.
