You have to adopt the pet during the month that it is the Pet of the Month to receive the extra loot bag of surprises.
You have to adopt the POTM in the month it becomes a POTM to get the prizes.
I wasn’t expecting to, but I love this theme. I like to light the fireplace, tree and all the candles and sit my pets on the couch.
