This is just awful! When will it be back again?
Whenever I have a problem, I always google it first and try to see if anyone else has had that problem or has figured out why it occurs and how to solve it and knows ways to prevent it or get around it. If I can’t find much help, THEN I contact Webkinz/Ganz. No one has ever replied to me though. I think it’s just because they’re not a huge group and there are a lot of people reporting problems all the time and they just can’t get to everyone’s until a long time after. I usually just write it in the comments here on WKN. Gennelle is usually here to help. :) I bet they’re really busy right now trying to fix a bunch of stuff because the site has been acting up (as in, having glitches and bugs) since the huge update after Cowabelle was elected as mayor of Kinzville. :/
I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE FROM WEBKINZ. THE LAST TIME WAS MY 5TH TIME REPORTING MY PROBLEM. I ONLY CAN GEY ONE PLAT ON SPREE GAME. I USES TO GET TWO. WHAT HAPPENED
Mayor Cowabelle was elected, and part of her platform was to reduce Spree rolls to 1 per day.
I think one reason people are confused is that the Spree game still tells you to return the next day for your TWO free rolls. You need to change that.

Well, hopefully my Deluxe membership is renewed today. We bought a 1 year deluxe membership on Friday, and it still wasn’t renewed. And yes, it said that our order was complete. I just hope it’s renewed before March 31st.
When I say “we”, I mean my mom helped me. xD

it renews as of the first day after your current expires. For example if it expires 17 March 2015, regardless of when you purchase it (this week or last month) will renew on 18 March 2015. That is when you pet code will be active and you will receive your bonus gift AND you get the current month’s deluxe box. AND just so you don’t worry, you receive the bonus pet that was active the month you purchased it not the month it actively renews-so if you renewed this month you will receive the fawn even if it doesn’t go active until April 1. Gennelle, I asked customer service what was going on with my nafaria collection. I completed it up to receiving bookshelf, and suddenly she went all the way back to the first step of asking for cookie. I got so frustrated and asked customer service, but they haven’t replied me back for 3 week straight. what is going on? will my problem be ever solved?

@Gennelle Webkinz, I sent that request to customer service, and they emailed me back that they have forwarded to the proper department who can help me with this issue. but i never heard back, and now i’m so frustrated…. i emailed them LONG AGO before this went temporarily unavailable..

Yeah, you start with the cookie, and go throughout the entire collection until she goes back to the cookie. Don’t worry, not a glitch. ;)
Did you use the same pet every time? Each pet starts at the beginning so remember which pet you use.
Unlike trading with Doug, it doesn’t matter which pet is active when trading with Nafaria.

You say that now i’ve had a problem forever put in at least three tickets and haven’t heard anything back at least since November that I’ve reported it my balloon kits wont completely buid no response.
Hello ArianaMarie. The balloon kit you win as a prize, I think it was from a challenge or something will not complete. Luckily you can sell it, because once your complete them, you can’t sell them. Keep the kit you have in your yard. Buy a new balloon kit, put that one in your yard. Open it like you going to ask for items, then close it. Pick up the one that won’t complete and sell it. Then you can complete the one you just bought and still have the items you collected for the first one. Hope this helps. ~MORHB~

ARIANAMARIE2005 you are the BEST webbie-friend for sending things to me and my 5 grandchildren’s account. You have been the only one I have ever been able to depend on for return “sends”. I had the same problem and could not get the balloons to develop. I never found a way to fix it. I also bought more and had the same problem with 3 of them. Sorry. Glad to finally kind of “meet ya”. Schwartzkopfs, Hopeydooz, Mommydooz, Spacecowboy101, etc.

emptynest112015 please add me to your friend list, i always send request too, so does jenniferrobbi, she has been my friend for a long time. I find that when you get a request and send it, most of the time you do not get in return when you send, very upsetting so i always help if ask.

I UNDERSTAND I have 8 of them myself and just gave up :( I also have the last prize in the MAGIC ,IRE sorry MIRE and it says I have it but won’t count it as having ben got. SO LEAF CROWN is froze there . Its been 2 years now :(
All m balloons work, except for the one I got as a challenge. I like it, though, because it’s said in the trading room that glitch items like this balloon and the red winter toque are great collectibles. The only problem is it’s not tradeable. :D

Me too, strawberryyum14. I have sent Gamz two emails before and they never responded, but that was a long time ago and it might have been working then.
This is terrible. First no phone service and now this awkward way to report a problem. You need to do better at support, not worse.

Doesn’t matter, either way, they never respond. The one time to responded to an issue, they attempted to fix something which I had not even told them about. Thankfully the glitch got fixed in an update… It was much easier when they had a phone number…
I have had success getting responses both times I have emailed them in the past. I think they do a good job at fixing or attempting to fix errors. Webkinz has much better customer support than other places have.
