    I canceled my membership months ago (says I’m not a deluxe member on my account neither) and I am still getting charged. Please contact me to resolve this ASAP.

    Hi there. I have read and understand that my very old account from 2007-2010ish has been removed permanently. I have recently gotten back into Webkinz with old pets that I never registered as a child and new ones I have bought online. I have a deluxe membership and everything and have enjoyed returning to the platform. I was, however, wondering if I could somehow re-adopt my old pet with promo codes or something. I have all of my plushes and old codes. I also have printed out and saved my adoption certificates from 2007 as well. I know this is a big ask, but if I provided proof of the pets I used to have, would I be able to re-adopt them on my new account without having to buy them all when they rotate into the shop again?

    I logged into today to receive the cow planter and when I clicked on it, it never added to my dock. It took away the area to click on it even though it never added to my account. Is there anyway to fix this? I would love to have that planter.

    I can’t get into my e-store and I’m so mad!!! If this isn’t fix. I’m quitting my Deluxe accounts and I’m closing BettyIrene1934 and Bruceshy in September 2025!!!

        I still can’t get into my e-store and nothing is being done about it. I even tried to send an email and it won’t let me. There is a black box that shows up on my e-store that say I haven’t been in along time, that is not true and I’m blocked. i have been buying a pet of the month every month. I’ve bought e-store money for the pet of the month for August and I can’t buy it for mt accounts. If nothing is fixed, I’m closing my accounts and I’m finish with webkins.

          What do you mean it won’t let you email? Copy and paste that email address into whatever program you use to send email if the link doesn’t automatically bring it up.
