I need serious help. I have had webkinz since i was around 13 years old. Yes i still play or did but after finding out that my account got deleted or something when the whole site got revamped……was very upsetting. I still made a new account and now it wont even let me into that 1. I want all my webkinz and old account back. I even still have every single stuffed webkinz from years ago……would someone please help me.
Sounds like you logged in to Webkinz Next instead of Webkinz Classic. You can download the desktop app from http://www.webkinz.com or use the browser version to access Webkinz Classic. You can contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com to see if they can help recover your original account.

Hi, just wanted to report a glitch I noticed with the Pizza Palace game in classic edition. If you click on an item to upgrade it and then click “do not buy,” the game freezes until the timer runs out, preventing the player from making another selection. Can this get patched? We love this game!
