Due to a technical issue, our Customer Service ticketing system has lost some customer requests. If you submitted a ticket to us between noon yesterday (June 17th) and noon today (June 18th), could you please re-submit your request? It will be looked into just as soon as possible.

      Oh yeah, I checked that catalog recently! Retired pets, were still available and some pets were not even listed!! (According to the catalog, I mean.) That would be a good idea to fix that.

    I “ticket” is like a work order, or a help request. It’s just what they are calling your request for help.

          Ok, let me try to explain what she said and then maybe you will understand (that comment helped me alot Gennelle, thanks! :D ) Ok, so, if you have a problem in Webkinz, you can send GANZ a message (you would be sending it to the Support team for the company like Gennelle said) and they call that error message a ticket. Don’t know why, but that’s what they call them. So, if there is ever a problem in Webkinz World while you are on, you can send the “ticket” to the team using the link Gennelle posted, and they will try to fix the glitch. Does this help? If not, I can try again. But I hope this does help!

            oh now I understand thanks prprprprp there is a glitch in my webkinz house that when I invite friends over my friend, (we talk on a real phone at the same) said she saw my pet scooting across the floor so I will do what u said prprprprp
