Webkinz Members – Please Update your Flash Player

 

Due to an issue with a recent version of Flash, all Webkinz members should update their Flash Player as soon as possible. Adobe, the makers of Flash, announced that they have fixed two security problems with the software and that all users should update to the newest version.

 

Updating your Flash Player is simple:

  1. Visit the Adobe site by clicking here.
  2. Click the button that says ‘Update Now’
  3. Following the prompts from the website, open your download folder and double-click on the installer.

 

We want to ensure that every Webkinz member has a safe and happy experience. Updating your Flash will help to protect your computer security not only when you’re playing in Webkinz World but whenever you’re online.

    Ugh…I’ve been experiencing some difficulties with the new update. I realize everyone in the computer team is still working on it, but when I get on the Windows 7 computer, the screen separates from the frame. Also I can only see half of my let’s portrait when I’m out and about (unless I’m in My Room or looking at the Map of Kinzville) I really love and appreciate your hard work!

    I updated the flash and it’s still crashing as much as before. We need Webkinz to work. I’m going crazy here. Help.

    Thanks, I had to update mine. Also, Alyssa’s Star Challenge is not working at all.

    I’m not having any problems with Webkinz World. I guess I’ll still update Flash.

    Updated flash. Things working better but – still not able to collect stars. Lost bottom row of letters in Eager Beaver, Cannot play bingo. Nothing in garden since change over.

      Updated flash. Still keeps freezing up and saying “webkinz world not responding”. Have lost bottom row of all levels in Goobers Atomic game–dock is covering them up. Items in dock are so small you need magnifying glass to see what they look like. Can’t play games and can’t redecorate rooms because so much still missing !! Gardens are still not harvesting anything but pumpkins and watermelons. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I experienced an issue with Webkinz X. Today I put a coupon on an item, but took the coupon off and did not buy the item. However, instead of going to my dock, the coupon dissapeared like it had been used! I tried this with my two other coupons, and the same thing happened. Please fix this.

    i have some problems too like when i go to the kinzville park my pet wants some thing so i play a game with them come back and i can’t type in the park so i have to log back in and my pets want some thing again i’m like UGHHHHHHHHHHH. PLUS some items i put in my webkinz room don’t even work like the Book Nook sofa.

    Will this help 2 of my candy trees to start producing ? My whole garden works except for tangy candy and the pale pink lollipop one. Thanks
