Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! The much anticipated new Party Time room theme is now available in the W-Shop. Michael and Mandy recently interviewed 2 of the artists who worked on this theme on their video podcast. You can watch this special episode of Podkinz HERE.
As we previously reported, 3 room themes have been retired to the Curio Shop to make room for this new theme:
- The Bloomin’ Room Theme
- The Atlantis Room Theme
- The Rock & Roll Room Theme
These themes will no longer be available in the W-Shop but, you’ll have a chance to spot theme in Arte’s Curio Shop on Webkinz.com. “Arte’s Favorite” items are special items that can only be purchased at the Curio Shop. Look for the “Arte’s Favorite” icon appearing within Curio Shop item descriptions to help you identify these hard to find “gems”:

I love the Bloomin’ room theme, and the Rock & Roll room theme. Hopefully I already have enough of all of the pieces. I look forward to all of the great rooms that players are going to design with all of these new Party Time pieces!
three out of the four items i wanted from this theme are deluxe :C i hope the other themes from the vote will be released to the W-shop too. i stocked up on several themes yesterday but none of the ones that retired were ones i stocked up on, oh well guess i’ll be needing to pay more attention to what is at the curio shop.

At least they’re not retired. I really liked all of those 3. And I can’t wait to get the party one! =D
I got it and I made the room! It is so pretty! You can change the type of food, presents, and the colum. I im going to send my room to the share center when I get the chance.
I got some of the items for the themes. (not the atlantis one.) I like the party theme, but I am not planing on making the room. Just some pieces I will use with other themes.

I am very sad about all of those themes leaving the w-shop. It’s not exactly convenient waiting and hoping for a piece to show up in Arte’s when you are in the middle of decorating a room. If they keep getting rid of 3 themes every time they add only 1, we’ll have nothing but e-store themes left in the w-shop. Too bad they don’t add actual w-shop themes (sold for kinzcash) as often as they add e-store themes. The w-shop is already too over crowded with e-store themes and moves like this are only going to make the ratio worse. They never should have combined the two stores.
Oh god I haven’t collected all of them. But, I hope you guys make more themes that are sold in Kinzcash soon though! :)
It’s too bad that these themes retired! I hadn’t used those very much over the years and now so wish I had… =/ Well, I’m still excited for the new theme, though. =] I’ll likely start making a new room as soon as I get on today. ;P
