This Tis the Season Window is a rather unfortunate gift, sorry to say. In this blog post it looks bright, grand, imposing, suitable for a cathedral and classically Classic (and not Next in its style like everything released in Classic has been since 2020) and yet the real window in the game is a monumental disappointment. The window is way too small, dark, and blurry, and the intricate design is completely lost. Worse, the animated snowy scene through the tiny window panes isn’t even appealing to look at — the snow is falling too fast and hardly any view is captured due to the diminutive size of the window. Bummer.

Also, FYI, those same accounts did not award the 50 kinzcash when I clicked that button as well. Just a real debacle.
I’m so sad. I clicked the button to collect my “Tis the Season” window on two of my 3 accounts and it just never appeared in my dock. This is the 4th time this has happened to me. If I contact customer support, they will probably put the window in my dock but in the past they have kind of acted like I was trying to pull a fast one and require screen shots and time stamps instead of just believing players that there is a glitch. It makes me not even want to try to go on for the prize. It is so disappointing.
I just wanted to let you guys know there is a major glitch in the daily activities that has been occurring a ton. Sometimes when you load the daily activities, you click the buttons and it does not award you anything. For example, on one of my other accounts, I did not receive the window in my dock despite clicking the button. It then acts like you claimed the gift, but it does not appear in your dock. Logging in and out does not work. This has happened on my family’s accounts as well. It does this occasionally with the free dinner and free snack buttons, and once it occurred with the kinz cash. The tech support is never friendly with this particular issue. They are rude, claim we missed it, want screenshots of proof that the item that was not received is not in the dock, want screenshots of proof that we clicked the button… and even though we have sent all this proof they still fight us occasionally before finally giving us the item. Please let whoever can fix this problem know that this has been a reoccurring issues for months on end. It doesn’t happen every time, but it’s consistent enough with special prizes. My mom had it happen to two of her accounts today alone, but she didn’t know to screenshot it, so we don’t have proof. Besides the window not being in the dock…

hi, did anyone else get the gingerbread stained glass window as i did today? mine became “stuck” in a room where i first placed it & cannot be removed or repositioned! also, it is not completely visible in the wall it is on. thanks, k.
The same thing happened to me! I hope it’s fixed soon because I put it in a random room just to see what it looked like and it got stuck. Now my room looks terrible!
