Thank you for including the Player Appreciation gift in both Classic and Next, but I am with everybody else when I say that I didn’t get a message in my Message Center to receive the gift. While I’m logged in, I also have another serious Next concern: I apparently won the Garden drawing in July, but when I emailed Mandy which account I wanted my prize to be sent to, I never got a reply. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received the item and, besides commenting here, I also forwarded the email thread to Ganz customer support.
I also was not able to bet the gift. I logged in about 11:50p.m again to make sure I didn’t miss it but there was no icon :(
I also was not able to get the gift I even posted on the facebook page thinking I was clicking on the wrong thing and I was not. Webkinz next please come up with a better way to notify us when appreciation gifts come
I tried several times throughout the day to get my gift – Logged in probably 5 times, and every time the gift did not show up in my message center. I want to like Webkinz Next, but there’s always so many glitches, the events are never posted on webkinz newz, and the challenges never have end dates on them – the ones on the left hand side – so we can’t check how long event runs unless you log out again. Many times i have missed things because the cart never shows up in Kinzville, or the message center gift never shows up – its just a mess.

We weren’t able to get ours, either. The “My messages” board in the Friends Center was completely blank and although we logged in several times between us throughout the day- nothing.
Nothing under “What’s New” either.

where is the message center on webkinz next? I clicked on the friend center but had no messages and I dont see the hopscotch tile in my inventory :(
When did you log in? You’d need to log in between 12:01 am – 11:59pm EDT on Sept 18 to receive your gift.
Thanks Ganz for the hopscotch I received in Webkinz Classic. But when I went to play in Webkinz Next, I didn’t receive it. I’m not even sure where the Message Center is when I play the Webkinz Next. I kept looking for something that says message center but no luck. I’m fairly new to playing Webkinz Next, so I’m not sure about all of the things you can do in it. I was looking forward to this gift to put in my backyard. It was easier getting the gift in Webkinz Classic as you only had to log in. Hopefully, I’ll figure this out by next month when it is player Appreciation Day.
The message center is at the top right. There should be a little icon to show that you have something waiting. It’s also after midnight, so if you waited until after 12am EDT it wouldn’t have been there.
Yes I was looking at my top right hand side. Is this near the Friend Center? I was thinking that yesterday was the 17th for most of the day but then realized that it was the 18th. I first went on my Webkinz Classic to receive my gift, which was about 10 pm on the 18th. Then when I went on Webkinz Next at about 11:30 pm on the 18th there was nothing on the top right corner indicating that a gift was waiting. This time is in EDT time zone. I logged in and out several times, nothing. By then it was too late because it had turned to midnight. That’s when I then posted my message here. I do notice above that other players didn’t get their gift either. I was looking forward to getting this gift, but that’s ok there will be other prizes to get. Ajoy65 :)
