I’m sorry to go off topic, but is anyone else having trouble entering the Kinzville Park? For the last few days I get the screen that has the park sign, but the sign is solid green and blank. It’s missing the choice of which park to enter and the number of players in each park. This is happening on all my accounts. I’m able to enter the clubhouse rooms, stadium, tournament arena and the tropical island room, but they are very slow to load. I’m just curious if it’s just me and if anyone has any suggestions, or if it’s an issue for customer support to help me with. Thanks much.
The same thing has been happening to me on several accounts. After several tries, I can usually get the required screen to appear.

I’ve gotten that issue as well. It has gotten annoying already.
I’ve had the same problem for 4 days and I sent a request to look into this but no response.
Thanks for your replies. I’m sorry you are having troubles entering the park as well, but I’m glad to know it’s not my computer or an isolated incident on my end. I finally got in the park tonight, it sure did take a long time and several tries.
I have been having the same problem. After several times of trying to get into the park I finally get in.
Oh my gosh, I’ve been having the same issues as well! I thought I was the only one at first. But yes, I am experiencing the exact same problem that you are with the park. It’s highly annoying, and usually (for me, at least), it takes anywhere from 5-12 times (plus a few logging-out-and-log-back-ins) to get it to load. It must be some sort of weird glitch… well, at any extent, I hope Ganz can fix it soon! I have some friends that I talk to at the park every weekend, and it certainly slows things down.
