I sent an email and got no reply, when logging into the new webkinz world with my existing log in information, it took me to a screen and asked me to pick a pet (this is after they let me log in with my username I did not create a new account) I am a free player but I want the pet and everything I have when I log into the new world. I did not pick a new pet and I exited out but I am hoping to get this fixed so I get to keep what I have. PLEASE help, thank you :)
The new Webkinz is a new game. Your stuff on Classic doesn’t move over — it just lets you use the same username and password as a courtesy. You have to start with a new pet. Your Classic stuff will still be available in Classic.
If you were me. We might quit Webkinz Next or any Webkinz News people because they haven’t replied to me and they ignore my concerns on Webkinz Next. I don’t want to but I’m about to quit Webkinz Next until they fixed the app because I still can’t update or play Webkinz Next. Sally Webkinz you guys need to fix the Webkinz Next app so I can update it or play Webkinz Next
I did respond to your comment, but I did not post every single one that you left. Unfortunately, the Android update is still waiting on Android to approve it. Until they approve the update, you won’t be able to download it. We don’t know when Android will approve the update.

If you’re referring to the world name, you’ll get a number after the name

Pet codes are the same as Webkinz Classic, just enter them in through the Adoption Center.

SO I’m giving this a go and don’t hate it, it’s definitely different but a guide would help. For example “Where/when to find trash in Kinzville”, “How to get items to make the baby onsie, etc. I also can’t make the Halloween item on the stove and have all of the ingredients.
I posted (can’t find it) basically the same thing. There’s recipes you need items for that are not available either. States to complete a challenge to get them but I’ve been completing all the challenges avail. and there is NOT one that they mention yet. Why make it an action to complete if the items to make it aren’t available. And the onzie items are crazy. It will take basically forever to complete. They should make the craft bags that have the items available to purchase or some other method. They most def. need a guide for all the stuff. It’s more a guessing game than an app. Disappointed so far.

my pc doesnt have windows 19 because it will not download, app states my new cel is not compatible, my laptop is windows 10 but freezes up for webkinz classic and I dont know why. will this work on a laptop?

Will webkinz classic stop working at the end of this year? I wish all the pets we have adopted on webkinz classic would switch over to webkinz next.
No, but you will need to use the original Webkinz Desktop App to continue playing once browsers discontinue Flash support
