Webkinz/Ganz, may I suggest you put a note on every post where we have to click for a prize in today’s activities that players should not click if there are no little icons on the left next to each activity. A lot of newer players don’t know this glitch and then they do not receive their prizes. Thank you!
When I do not see icons, I just go to the park or clubhouse, then back to activities :) It will upload properly. Never had to log out as others have stated below. No icons, no click LOL

I am a deluxe member and I clicked the thing in today’s activities and it did not get added to my dock :(
Make sure you get a screenshot of proof you clicked it today and contact the Webkinz support team. It’s a glitch that has been happening for a long time now. When the little graphics icons don’t fully upload, often you will not get the prize. I always do a “test” by claiming free food, kinz cash… If it goes in my dock then I will claim the actual prize. If it doesn’t, then I will reload the whole daily activity screen and wait for all of the icons to load.
I have used this test as well. If I see it’s not working, I log out and back in. But sometimes, even that doesn’t work on my account. I’ve missed out now on at least 2 if not 3 deluxe gifts now.
The exact same thing happened to me and it’s not the first time, either. I don’t think Deluxe Membership is for me :(

It is bigger than the lighthouse I had in my current room. May have to make another beach room, haha. It’s still beautiful though.

Off topic – on Next on the 3 accounts I received several swimsuits from previous years that weren’t listed as returning: Watermelon Swim Trunks, Classic Chic Swimsuit, Royal Blue Surfing Shorts. I also received a Wrist Coil Keychain (which was pictured but the Lifeguard Whistle was in the text). None of the new swimsuits were awarded (but it’s early days so I am hopeful they are in the mix but slightly concerned). Good luck everyone!
Yep, on all 3 of my accounts I just got old swimsuits not pictured in the post on here last week. Hopefully the new items will be added!
Thank you for the outstanding Luxury Cabana, I love it! This will look fantastic with so many items I have, too bad I can only make one room using it. Items like this would be greatly appreciated for deluxe days in the future.
