How’s your Acorn Collection coming along? Remember, you only have until the end of the month to try and collect all 50 Acorns and win that Fall Fair Snack Cart Fridge!
To access your collection, open the THINGS TO DO menu and click on the link to your KINZVILLE MAP. You’ll see the Acorn Collection icon next to your map. Click on the icon to open your collection.
Every day you’ll get one FREE Acorn just by clicking on the icon (Deluxe Members get 2 FREE Acorns a day), but you can ask your friends for 5 more daily. You can also look for the floating Acorn on WebkinzNewz.com and click on it to have it added to your collection.
Collect all 50 Acorns to win the grand prize, a Fall Fair Fridge , but you’ll still earn prizes along the way:
Don’t leave your Collection to the last minute. Each time you collect 50 Acorns you’ll get the chance to play through it again!

For a new collection event how about Build Kinzville. You have made outside Christmas & western themed buildings and I really like the Kingsville Bakery, but how about an event where we can win a WShop, Curio Shop, Webkinz Hotel exterior, maybe the old Travel Agency & City Hall. Make them just regular time of year buildings, no snow so we can have a town. Also some sidewalk tiles would be nice, maybe a crosswalk. Thanks for asking for ideas!
I love the Collection Events, and I think we need a Halloween Collection event. We could collect Candy Corn and get some new costumes along the way, leading up to a creepy house for your yard!

Thanks WW team! I’m enjoying the acorn collection event this year, and I look forward to designing a room with all of the fun prizes. For future collection events: November- collect “canned goods” and receive Thanksgiving related prizes. For instance there could be turkey costume pieces for your pets (hat with beak and wattle, brown body with tail feathers, and claw-footed shoes), a bridge to get to grandma’s house, a beautiful table complete with a full thanksgiving dinner, and for a grand prize a pumpkin pie dispenser (or a similar dessert dispenser to finish up with a tasty treat!) I hope that inspires your design team, and doesn’t just make them hungry!
The Bridge to Grandmother’s House sounds adorable, and I fully support the Pumpkin Pie dispenser. I need a Pumpkin Pie Dispenser. Great ideas!
Oh, please no. Those sound like great prizes, but please, ganz, find another way if you are inspired by them. I really like the “down time” we get in November as a little break between so many big events. (That said, I really really need some vampire fangs for a seal and two drop bears, can this be a Thing this Halloween?!!!)

Pleas Help!! Ever since the mayor started showing up in the park, I am unable to access my acorn collection, unless I log out, clear browsing history, log back in & go immediately to the acorn collection on the map & open. This is really getting annoying and not fun! Please Help!
Have you tried raising and lowering your dock first? If not, try that. Dock instability lately (especially the last few weeks) has gotten so bad, it is ridiculous. And not just interference with the Acorn Collection. So many problems with the dock right now, so frustrating. I had been gradually increasing my Webkinz time finally (after the horrific tragedy of Webkinz X) but constant dock issues are making me back off again.
I have been having problems with this for past couple of days. I cannot send out any friend requests and my total I have collected is not adding up.

I would love to keep collecting but I nothing happens when I click on the acorn in the Kinzville map. It started acting funny yesterday and won’t let me in at all today, no matter how many times I close out or close my browser window and start again. Very frustrating!!!
Try raising and lowering the dock, even if you just dropped it to get to the acorn icon.
I just finished this collection yesterday. Heheh, that was a first.. I’ve never finished an acorn collection before. In the past, I was either too busy or I forgot :P And hm… Well, I’d like to see some really cool sprung themed prizes for next year’s flower collection event (which is one of my favorites), it’s maybe something really unique for this year’s Christmas collection event (like how they gave out the Santakinz sleigh rollercoaster as the grand prize a few years ago)
Congratulations on finishing your collection, TaffyKitty! I just started my third collection today. I’m Deluxe so I can always complete each collection four times. I love collection events and I have great friends who help me out! A big thanks to all of them!
