    Is anyone having luck finding sour goo goo berry seeds? Out of all the berries I’ve gotten in all of my accounts since berry fest started I’ve won over 20 sour polarberry seeds and 3 sour goo goo berry ones. I’m beginning to wonder if they are still available in the prize lot at all!

      Wow, that is lots! I have eaten over 100 berries and only got 1 pkg of seeds.

      wow i found 1 polarberry seed and i only get to find 1 of the polar berry from floating, want to get rid of some seeds

        @gracegirl Send me a FR and I’ll send you any extra seeds I get. I have 14 accounts so right now I only have 1 extra pack of sour polarberry seeds that you can have, nothing needed in return, and if I get more in the next 2 days of berry fest I’ll send them your way :) My WW UN is chicklet711.

    This is unrelated but when are you going t add an option to mute the app/site? Music would no doubt make the task of filling pet care hearts less tedious, but with no mute button, those grating sound effects would play right over it.

      Just turn off the volume on your computer. There should be an icon at the top somewhere where you can just mute the computer itself.

          You don’t mention your device, but a couple years ago someone here tipped me off to ‘mute tab*’, which has been a lifesaver for me. My webkinz tab stays muted, (and the eStore, when I have one open). *Just noted mine now says ‘mute site’…I don’t know if this works on the desktop version because I have a chromebook, so I live in terror, counting down my rapidly melting webkinz days right now. But my old, now-deceased laptop offered it, too. So, if you use a device that offers the option of muting just one tab/page/site, there’s that.

      I agree. I wish we had a mute button so I could mute all the host “talking”. When I play Webkinz, I would rather listen to music of my choice and not Amanda Panda, Doug The Dog, Quizzie, or any of the other host that repeat the same lines over and over. I am not including sound effects, especially those from items that USE to have sound effects. Those I wish Webkinz would fix. But, I REALLY would love to be able to play my own choice of music while playing on Webkinz, and not have to hear the repeating talk of the hosts.

    Hi, this isn’t related to the challenge but I have a problem in my account. I have the log jammer ride from the eStore, but my pets can’t use it. When I click on it, nothing happens. It’s in the room by itself, so I know there isn’t anything blocking it. I feel like I wasted eStore points buying it, and there’s nowhere in customer support for me to report the issue. Can anyone help?

      This item has not worked since the change over years ago. Can’t believe they are still selling it.

      I have an old minecart ride that hasn’t worked for years now. You could try emailing them (I think) and see about it, but I feel like it’s something they need to fix across the board.

      Yeah, same here. I have an item from the Estore that doesn’t do anything when clicked on but is supposed to be interactive. Also, some of my pets keep asking for stuff even though their hearts are full and sometimes they ask to do things I’ve laready done and can’t do again (i.e. Wishing Well). It’s really getting on my nerves and I want it to be fixed.

        Sometimes mine will ask me to do a job, and I do it, but it keeps asking until the time runs out and then it gets sad.

          I have that same problem. I will go in and do a job, it does not request a specific job. I will complete the job and it acts like I did not do it. The request is still active. Even if it is a specific job it does the same thing.

        I personally am requesting that this information be posted on the main Webkinz Newz page. Set as a repeating ‘ad’ like – Having Issues? Click here – and then it takes you to an informational page with the email addresses and what issues they can handle?

      I’m not sure if this will help, but maybe you could walk right up to it so you’re one space away from the log ride, then try clicking on it.

        Just wanted to mention, I have those rides and they don’t work. The Japanese drum doesn’t make a beat anymore. The nursery theme baby monitor doesn’t work anymore. There are so many of their animated items that they AREN’T fixing. I contacted webkinzsupport and they just replied with a canned “We are aware of the problems and are working on them.” Well, since nothing has been fixed with the programming on these items in a couple years, it sure doesn’t SEEM like they’re working on them!

          I agree. I received a similar message about a glitch involving a trophy, but it certainly doesn’t seem like they’re working on it since the glitch has been active for months. And the Electric Keyboard from the Spree mall doesn’t work. I feel like I wasted my money, and Spree money isn’t even real money. I can imagine it’d be much more frustrating for the eStore items that don’t work because you pay real money for those.

      HI MIchelfran, I have that item too and it no longer works. Some of the interactive items lost their functionality when they implemented Webkinz X a while back (I think that’s what it was called). Some if not all of the interactive items bought before then disappeared altogether for a while, then they were slowly fixed so that we can at least see them, but they’re no longer interactive. I have a Four Seasons tree that disappeared- it’s back but it no longer works, just like the log jammer ride. I guess if they could fix them to be interactive again, they’d be fixed by now- I’m guessing it’s a programming issue that just can’t be fixed.

        But why would they continue selling them? I’d reckon that there should AT LEAST be a warning on the page that clearly states that the item is decoration only and doesn’t work. Or they could give refunds for people that buy new items unaware that they don’t work. I know items are available on an “as is” basis, but it seems kind of shady to continue selling them if they don’t work without informing people of what they’re about to buy…

          Hi kinzklipfan, I agree, there should be a warning that the item is decoration only- I didn’t realize that they were still selling it. When I see a ride for sale in the estore, I’d assume that it was interactive!

      You can try writing an e-mail to ganz customer service at ganzestorecs.@ganz.com or webkinz at webkinzsupport@ganz.com . Some things they are aware of and takes time to get fixed.
