We are aware of the security message players are receiving when loading the Desktop App, however there has been no security breach and your accounts are safe.
Our technical team is currently working on a fix for the login issues. We appreciate your patience. The mobile app is not affected by this issue, so you can still log in to your accounts that way.

Is work being done on the current problem? I’ve been playing on a Mac and ever since this article came out I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried everything other players suggested, but no matter how many times I redownload, relaunch, or anything, the app gets stuck before it even gets to the login page
Have you deleted all the files in the library pertaining to Webkinz? Here are some steps to try:
Some people have reported issues with their antivirus software preventing the download of the update. Also make sure that you have a strong internet connection.

Is this issue still being worked through? I’m having the same issues currently. I’ve tried everything from your suggestions to the suggestions of other users. Is there anything else I can do? The mobile version is very limited.

I’m still having problems. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it about 5 times now. I also did this the other day, and it worked, but today it won’t load. I’ll try again, but I’m getting rather frustrated.
I had this same issue! I have Windows. I have a shortcut to Webkinz desktop app on my desktop. I right clicked it, selected Troubleshoot Compatibility & it fixed it! I hope this helps as I completely understand the frustration & madness! I was installing & uninstalling back & forth & trying a million other things that didn’t help until I finally stumbled upon that Compatibility thing & was finally able to fix it! Good luck!!!
I CANNOT get webkinz to work. I have uninstalled and then downloaded the app many, many, many times and I still can’t get in. This is SO FRUSTRATING !!! I’ve tried so many times, I’m practically in tears. WHY CAN’T I GET IT TO WORK???

Leave it to the Webkinz Tech Team to have the problem resolved before I even find out that there IS a problem!!!! Well, done team!
