I’ve noticed a LOT of issues since the last update! I’ve had items vanish, but return days later. I’ve spent hours searching through my docks in case they show up there! We REALLY REALLY need a way to type in what we are looking for in our docks! We NEED a search bar! OR….they could add more tabs to the dock so items could be placed in appropriate tabs. Also, when you win a prize or get an item from another player, the items often do not show up in the “New” tab! You have to spend a LOT of time searching for that item! It’s really frustrating!

Hi Sally, or anyone. These last couple days something weird’s been happening on Webkinz classic. You don’t see the hunger or any of the meters move when they normally do. For example, their meters normally go down a couple when you do a job at the Employment Office or the Kinzville Academy. You can hear the sound they make but I don’t see them move. When I see that they go down is when I go to my house or anywhere but I don’t see it when it normally does. And one point during the game I have to logout cause it doesn’t load things. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? And will this be fixed? Thank you!
Same here. I also can’t even switch pets sometimes after I complete a pet demand.
I have been having the same issue. It does not add health when fed at the island either. It only changes when you go back to the room. The loading on map is not working properly – ii is excruciatingly slow and does not scroll to ask friends. The game has logged me out twice saying unable to connact.
Just a suggestion.. clean your cache and cookies. Usually works for me. If it doesnt work put in a ticket
I clean my cache and cookies constantly throughout the day. I block cookies and only unblock when I access that particular site. It doesn’t help. Have never had any problems with Webkinz before the last update.
I am having that problem when I send my pets to the Academy. I thought it was because of the recent update. I found that if I can’t switch pets, I click for the pet I am playing with to go “home”, and from there, I switch pets and go back to the Academy with the new pet.
I get that sometimes. Also, my cursor just straight up disappears sometimes, I’m wondering if anyone else gets that or if it’s just the computer I’m using?
Am having the same problems and they are occurring only after the last update. Have never had any problems before. Switching pets is not operating correctly. Scroll bar on the friends’ list to ask for Ws is not working, going soooo slowly. Also, the whole bottom of the page has, pretty often, either not been loading or it disappears when I finish an activity. Logging in and out does not fix any of these problems, except it does make my dock appear again only to go out again and I have to do it all over again. Before the last update, I have never experienced any of this. It happens on all of my accounts, not just one in particular. Good to know I am not the only one.
