From October 20th – 31st, look for the ghost in the Reading Room at the Webkinz Clubhouse and click on it to collect candies. Collect all 12 to win a spooky Grand Prize!
You can collect candy from the ghost every 6 hours. You may want to feed the candy to your pets, or keep them as special Halloween souvenirs!
Collect all 12 candies from the ghost in the Clubhouse to win the Spooky Stained Glass window that features animated lightning!
While you are collecting candy from the ghost, keep an eye out for the floating Jack-O-Lantern and click on it it win a costume piece for your pet (limited to 4 costume pieces a day, 6 for Deluxe players). There are 2 new costumes to collect as well as last year’s Dragon and Haunted Hotel Staff costumes:

Hi Webkinz World, I haven’t been able to collect from the ghost today after the 6 hours had passed, on three accounts that I tried. I cleared cache and all that stuff and tried again but the ghost was still saying to come back later. Is anyone else having this happen? Thanks!
It worked this evening just fine and I was able to collect another candy. I’ll test it again tomorrow, I may have looked at the clock on my computer not Kinz Time and made a time zone difference error on my part.
What is the little jack-o-lantern that appears IN the reading room — sometimes 2? Are you supposed to be able to do something with it?
Hi memsrjoan, the little jack-o-lanterns pop up over every pet in the room when they first click on the ghost and receive their candy and it is simultaneous with when your collection box is open. So, if you click on your personal jack-o-lantern in the right bottom corner of your room to view your collection, there will be a lantern showing up above you in the room for the other players to see. Basically the little lantern shows up on pets who are viewing their candy collection. I hope I explained it to you right or it makes sense, lol. :D

The sounds aren’t working after I get my candy. I can hear the ghost, but the animation and sounds afterward don’t work. Anyone else?
Yes, the sort of dark organ playing “dun, dun, dun” when the candy is placed in the collection box only works sometimes for me too but it did that last year as well so not sure but I do love that sound and the flying bats…so cool!

LOVE the window we’ll be getting – and I found the floating pumpkins yesterday every 6-7-8 minutes. I just stayed in my room. Hope it’ll work ok today. Good luck everyone.
I only found one yesterday and I was on for over an hour… :(
you can only collect once every 6 hours so even if you had found the ghost again it wouldn’t have let you have any candy :(

I hope I can collect them all. The pumpkins started really slow but I just wandered around in my rooms and I noticed they started to come floating by more often.
