You can collect candy from the ghost every 6 hours. You may want to feed the candy to your pets, or keep them as special Halloween souvenirs!

While you are collecting candy from the ghost, keep an eye out for the floating Jack-O-Lantern and click on it it win a costume piece for your pet (limited to 4 costume pieces a day, 6 for Deluxe players). There are 2 new costumes to collect as well as last year’s Dragon and Haunted Hotel Staff costumes:

HELP!!! I have collected all my candies in the Reading Room… But I cannot “click” on the prize! I have tried three different browsers – Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome… Same issue with all of them. The “button” to unlock the prize is just outside where I can successfully click. I have even tried to reset my display size as well, but that hasn’t helped either. SUGGESTIONS NEEDED! Many thanks!

I completed the 12 candies and expected to start over but the 12 candies are still showing……can I go a second round ?????? didn’t see this covered in the instructions. thanks.

I hope some of this tips can help others who are having trouble finding the floaties…Whenever there is a floaty event upcoming, I try to plan for it–for example, I’ll do all my daily activities and job FIRST, then I’ll visit the club house for a few watch and win movies and a Daisy Doe diner treat—-after that I stay in my room. I work on my room designs, or do pet care, or harvest my gardens, or organize my items in storage. My experience has been that when I am in my room, I always find floaties. It’s a fun time, because I get to be with my pets, (and with all that bathing, swimming, and teeth brushing, the pet care family score points can add up too!). So basically, I stay out of the arcade during a floatie event. When the event is over, I’m back to the arcade, earning that kinzcash again! I realize this method might not work for everyone, but I’m hoping some of my suggestions might lessen the frustration of my fellow WW fans. Have a great day everyone!!
I’ve been deleted because I questioned you – stop making us wait HOURS for the floating pumpkins and where’s your customer service!!!! You want us to spend money – I’m happy to if you would help with customer service issues – you delete dissenting opinions but we just need help – and we don’t want to wait four hours to find five floating pumpkins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I know you’ll delete this so no one will see it but if you don’t start listening we’ll share that message on other forums you can’t block
Dissenting opinions are absolutely permitted, provided they remain polite. If you are having trouble with floaty clicky events, please try logging out if you haven’t seen one in 10 minutes. This should be fixed with the next maintenance.
