Hello webkinz! I resently got one of the family score prizes! It was the Kinzville vally home. but I relized that It is no ware to be found!!!! I did not place It, trade it or sell It and I realy wanted to decorate a room with It but I dont have It and I wondered If it was a glitch so please can sombody tell me how to get It back
The Kinzville Valley home is for your Map of Kinzville, found on the Webkinz Classic desktop app. You will find it in the Map of Kinzville Dock.

Hey Steve or Sally or Michael or anyone, I clicked on the event under today’s activities for the sled, but it never appeared in my dock. I tried logging out and back in, but still no sled. Is there anything else I should do?

HELP NEEDED! Sally Webkinz or whichever Webkinz Team member is available for Moderation of comments. Since I have not been able to log into Webkinz Classic this morning for now approximately 3 1/2 hours WEBKINZ IS UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE PLEASE RETRY LATER I uninstall Webkinz Classic I went to Webkinz Come In and Play Homepage when I click on Webkinz Classic it says you Don’t have the Webkinz Desktop App? below it Click Here to get it now. I know I don’t have the app I am trying to download it. When I Click Here to get it now This type of file can harm your computer. Do you want to keep wxsetup (2).exe anyway? IS THIS SAFE TO BE DOWNLOADING THIS FILE FOR WEBKINZ CLASSIC if this message is appearing when clicking Click Here to get it now for Webkinz Classic on the Webkinz Come in and Play Homepage?
If you are having technical issues with the Webkinz Classic desktop app, uninstall it from your computer and download a new install from the Webkinz.com homepage. The files from our homepage are safe for your computer.
Thank you Steve Webkinz! I was able to download the Webkinz Classic desktop app seems to be working all the problems I was having earlier seem to be resolved. I did have an exe file in my folder that I wasn’t aware of. I have always uninstalled it from the App by right click on it.
If it is trying to download a (2) version, it means the original version is still on your computer…you need to uninstall the original exe file before you can download it again.
